Since you asked
Since you asked, it annoyed me that you offered 10% off if I put the discount code at the time of purchase, and then didn't give it to me when I did so. When I asked about it, to be told I should have done exactly what I did, was a bit insulting. Now you are offering me the same 10% off on my next purchase, which I do not believe, because if you didn't do it the first time, why would you the second? I did not buy the pocket squares because there was a discount. I bought them because I like them. But because you did this silly and unnecessary marketing trick, I do not trust you as a company. That small detail changed my opinion. I do not particularly want this review published anywhere. I only want to deliver the requested feedback. If it is permanently published somewhere, let me know, so I can remove it.

I apologize if the shopping experience and the discount application was not smooth for you, it is possible that the reason was simply a small typo in the discount code like a double spacing. I am sorry you could not apply it at the moment of purchase; however, like suggested by our team you can apply it on the next purchase with code SERAWELCOME.
Another solution I can suggest is that I can manually refund the 10% off on the order so it will be just like you used it.

Website says the VAT is included, when you choose Switzerland for delivery, but you find out after the payment that it isn't. Two weeks later you're stuck with an invoice for the VAT incl. admin fees.

Update
12/24- They have a replacement on its way. Arranging the return was easy and convenient.
12/20- I unfortunately received the wrong color than what I had ordered. Mistakes happen, we are all human. They did offer to refund 30% of the sale price or exchange for the correct color. I will update once I have the matter resolved.
There are plenty of velvet cotton bowties out there, but I was looking for a quality piece that was made from silk velvet. SFS delivered! I purchased the Navy Blue self tie bow tie and I WILL BE back.
