Good not what ordered
Received our villa sofa which is lovely but we had ordered two power chair ends or so we thought as the order shows recliner cups which shows that our intent was to have recliners however seems there I has been a process issue as received with recliner cups in arm but no power recliners as this is what was discussed in store and shown to us was recliners each end ! I have sent a complaint but yet to hear !!!
I must say though that my husband said the delivery drivers were very good calling customer service although to be told that’s what we ordered !! However Paul in store confirmed we had recliners as we were sitting on the sofa at time and the paper work you receive is very misleading too !

Sofa delivered earlier than expected. Good quality, so comfy, probably the best sofa I ever had! Great comms on delivery day.

Uncaring
Delivery guys were not very communicative. They did not put down any floor protection, neither did they offer to take their shoes off, whilst walking across our previously shampooed carpet

The level of service you have explained is not the standard that we expect from our delivery team which I can understand the frustration this would have caused, Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience and upset this has caused.
As our delivery crew are handling heavy goods we don’t advise for the delivery crew to remove their shoes due to heavy goods being handled, However we appreciate your feedback in regards to no floor protection or shoe covers which is provided to our crew not being used by the crew at the time of receipt of your furniture which would certainly be fed back.

Communication re times was good and helpful and the 2men that delivered were lovely and very respectful of our property and the handling of our new furniture and seemed great guys in general

Delivery was good but missing lead for…
Delivery was good but missing lead for recliner and damage to sofas
Then a very unhelpful call with customer service so don’t know if it issues are getting sorted
Went to shop and was told to call them and someone would arrange to come and sort out
No that didn’t happen was told to fill in the customer card which I couldn’t so all in all a right proper shit show

We also regret to hear about your experience with our customer service team and the difficulties you encountered when trying to report the issues. The staff were welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly. I have been looking for a sofa for about 6 months and was going with one from Next. However after only 15 mins in the store I found my sofa. The young man was so helpful. Thank you
