Store experience was very good
Store experience was very good. The salesman “Mo” was great and very helpful. Very nice fella too. The range of products and finishes was extensive and we were very pleased with the price.

I’m very sorry to see that you were expecting your furniture order to arrive sooner, and I completely understand how disappointing it must be to have a longer wait than anticipated.
Our furniture is made to order, which is reflected in the lead times provided on your order confirmation. The delivery timeframe is an estimated date and, as outlined in our terms and conditions, can vary by up to four weeks either side of the estimated date.
I am sorry if you were given the impression in store that your order would arrive sooner, and we appreciate how frustrating this must have been.
Please accept our sincere apologies for any disappointment or inconvenience caused. As soon as your sofa is ready, we’ll be in touch to arrange the earliest available delivery date.

Watford store greeted with professionalism
Was greeted at the door by Mo Watford branch and explained the concept and told us to have a look round and try out the sofas. His colleague then joined us but I can’t remember his name. Explained that each sofa is made to order and bespoke to us. Both were very professional and made us feel relaxed and there was no pressure sales. To be honest we didn’t need the pressure sale as the sofas and quality sold themselves.

We were left alone to check sofa's out…
We were left alone to check sofa's out but felt we could ask questions when required. The sales rep presented us with options with colour and design of the sofa we chose. Also he confirmed that everything was correct with a senior colleague. He also offered us cold fresh water which was very welcome on a very hot day we visited.

Nadeem @ Watford branch was perfect
Nadeem was calm, kind and helpful )but not pushy) which was so good. I bought an ex display sofa and it was delivered within 3 days and a very reduced price! I love it!

What wonderful and polite gentleman who…
What wonderful and polite gentleman who delivered our sofa. They took so much care and did not rush or force anything. We were kept informed when delivery would be. I cannot fault the service from start to finish. Thank you.

Service was okay
Service was okay, but nothing amazing no explanation on how to use the care kit, just a box with an Allen key left no receipt or anything else left.
