We wanted to buy a new leather sofa and had looked in a couple of other shops but nothing took our fancy. Popped into the revamped SCS now sporting an Italian name of Poltronesofa. Una poltrona, Italian for armchair. Found a really comfortable nut brown leather large 2 seater sofa. Served by Faheem, he explained it was also an electrically powered recliner. Nice smooth mechanism too. Faheem, very helpful guy but not pushy, showed us a swivelling recliner which was also electrically powered and could be made in the same soft nut brown Italian leather. So we had that too.

I needed one chair ...which is more difficult than it sounds ...at telford scs we had a really good choose....the salesman let us take our time but was there to answer questions...Faheem was very helpful and not at all pushy...credit to the company....thanks Faheem ...Jean

We were greeted by a lovely young man called Faheem. He was very knowledgeable and professional, listened to what we wanted and advised accordingly. Nothing was to much even bringing a chair down from upstairs to see if it would match up with a sofa.

We have rated our score not only on the quality of the product purchased today but the outstanding sales service from Faheem. We were impressed with his knowledge of the product and the guidance he provided throughout the sale, even to the point of seeking discount options that were not readily available.
We dealt with Faheem on a purchase back in Nov 2025, where again his professionalism, customer service and his charm without the Hard Sell approach was the reason for us to return to SCS to add further furnishings to our home.

I have just bought a reclining sofa and chair from Telford store. The sales assistant was called Rahima and she couldn’t have been more helpful. 10 out of 10 for customer service. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Thank you so much

Staff in store were very helpful when I ordered the sofa. The delivery team on the day were great. The only negative to report was that the communication to arrange a suitable date for delivery was difficult. I was just sent a date at very short notice and no contact number was provided to rearrange if this was not convenient. I had to revisit the store to rearrange.

Faheem was very helpful when ordering our furniture, and also showed us other ranges similar to what we liked. Ordering was easy, and Faheem made sure we understood everything by talking us through our order. He was polite, chatty, friendly and very helpful and any questions we asked that he was unsure about he checked and then advised us. He is a credit to the SCS Team at Telford! Sharon

Excellent communication and I was to able to track delivery on the day. The guys were friendly, polite and efficient and they removed their shoes while carrying items into the house, which I found very impressive!

I’d give it zero stars unfortunately 1 star was the lowest I could give it. Had sofa delivered on 09/12/25 recliner broke on 10/12/25, barely lasting 24 hours. Customer service is nonexistent, Mark the Store Manager was completely uninterested in helping and advised customer service can take up to 72 hours to respond, the sofa didn’t even last that long. If it’s taking 72 hours for customer services to respond, makes you wonder how many faulty products they are shipping out. Sounds like customer service must be overwhelmed.

Rahmia was so pleasant, she explain everything in great detail. Showed us all the different materials and colours, made sure we understood everything.

Rahima did an excellent job recommending the types of sofas. She was very helpful by showing us each one with all the pros and cons. She showed us the sofa bed and the variety of colours available. Overall had a great experience and would highly advice anyone to buy a sofa from this store due to its great quality.

I have been looking for a sofa for my new home for some time. I found exactly what I was looking for in SCS I wanted a corner sofa that would fit into my lounge but wasn't too big. Resham who served me was able to show me two sofas that were just right both had electric reclining seats and both had high backs and would fit nicely in my lounge. There was an amazing choice of fabrics and after some some deliberation I chose a fabric and the sofa that I felt was the most comfortable and would fit in my new build home. Resham was very helpful he made me a coffee whilst I made my choices and the whole process of buying my sofa was made easy. I can recommend SCS

We received amazing customer service from telford store. Rahima was very professional. The sofa we originally wanted was to big for our house. We also got the help from Mark who helped customise the furniture to help with measurements and unfortunately it wasnt suitable. Prompt and efficient delivery by Carl and Marc. They took great care when manoeuvring the sofas into my house and set them up in the lounge. Very happy with the sofas, they look great.
