The two seater and three seater Vito Italian sofas are excellent quality. After two weeks we can see they add quality and style to our living room. Many thanks SCS Sunderland.

John was very knowledgeable, guided us when we weren’t sure, nothing was too much trouble. Awaiting sofas - 12 weeks only downside, will follow up with a further review once we have received them.

The two lads Bobby and Kai were so helpful.

The lads that delivered sofaswere great couldn't fault them very pleasant nice lads wouldn't shop at scs again terrible experience worst I've ever had would never buy anything from scs again haveing to pay same price same price for 2 seater and 3 seater plus 400 pound on top of what paid as changed the colour of fabric from samesample pack ordered items 30th of January ordered a carpet on the day I went in shop to change colour of settee they checked to make sure everything was in stock ordered it on understanding carpet would be fitted then settee would be delivered nno carpet in January 29th when I was supposed to get it new date Feb 28th phoned up 26th Feb it was in van on way to distribution centre but someway along the road it must of disapeared new date was 2nd April no phone call so we went to shop next day were told date was 5th but was definatly 2nd anyway 5th came got phone call saying carpet was delivered to distributors on the 2nd and was faulty was asked if wanted to order another Nothank you went elsewhere ordered carpet sat found out was in stock monda fitted Thursday scs can stick it plus settee was wrong fabrick but liked it

Sofa took 4 months to arrive drivers identified a fault when installing arrange a visit from emmiera through scs Engineer arrived named Tom absolutely stinking of BO identified the manufacturing fault with the sofa but completely failed to pass this on to the supplier was on the phone trying to get report from scs not even they could get it for 2 weeks?? It was complete surprise to us when we i called scs to say they didn’t find anything wrong WHAT A COMPLETE LIE from emmiera Another appointment is booked now. Complete waste of time for both the parties involved.

Just had my sofas delivered the two delivery men couodnt do enough for me set my sofas up very pleasant rang 25 mins before they arrived to very happy with the service D Haga. And S.Diteh very pleasant delivery men I live my new sofas

From start to finish I couldn't have been happier with the service ending with the delivery. Both Kai and Bobby were really helpful and professional. They treated us and our home with the utmost respect and were two really nice, pleasant guys.

The member of staff was very helpful in helping me choose my sofa. I went in with a one in mind but quickly changed my mind. Thanks to her advice on the products.

On time as usual

Ordering was easy website is easy to navigage. The sales person who rang to confirm order was friendly and informative.

Mainly the workers who dropped it off Marvin and Josh must have been extremely amazing as my partner praised them to high heavens when i got home and he does not usually pay much attention to things like that... keep up the good friendly work lads!

Suite delivered on time. The two delivery men were efficient and very pleasant. Very pleased with everything.

To be honest, everything was fine, customer service, warm reception, I mean everything was great.

Got the three piece delivered on the 20/3/24 by Paul and Dalton the lads were spot on and very careful while getting the furniture in the house they even went right round the back of the house to get the sofa in without any damage great attitude and very nice to talk to they were absolutely spot on.

They were really friendly and helpful and put my couch were it was needed and all the cushions on
