Everything was Great from shopping in…

Everything was Great from shopping in store at Straiton The sales advisor was very helpful No pressure at all he gave me an estimated date. We were kept up to date all the time. We got our sofa on the 25th The 2 delivery guys kept me up to date with txt then called They were excellent very professional and helpful from start to finish Very happy with everything 5 star

Not happy to be charged delivery when sales rep knew its was going to be a promotion soon

In happy to pay for delivery when it’s is now free on your promotion. Why was I not encouraged to receive a discount of this

I can see that your order was placed with us on 15/07/26 and the Free delivery offer only became available on 22/07/26. We can only offer discounts which are available at the time of an order being placed.

When your order was placed there was a deduction of £100 from your delivery charge applied, this is shown on your order confirmation document.

A memorable experience!

I am really sorry, but I do not remember the name of the staff member that greeted us, and helped us through the whole purchasing process. However, he was very polite, helpful and knowledgable. He explained everything in detail, and was supportive at all times. He made our visit a really pleasant experience. If you can identify him, please pass on our warmest if thanks!

We were welcomed by a very friendly and…

We were welcomed by a very friendly and engaging staff. Our questions were answered in a knowledgeable way and the lady we were talking to went above and beyond to help us. Our intention was not to buy a sofa on that day but we somehow left with one.

Poor service

Had issues with selling and getting…

Had issues with selling and getting call backs after chasing to discuss. Delivery was ok. Customer service before sale good after sales not so good.
