We were welcomed into the store by George who assisted us throughout our visit. He was helpful, friendly and very informative. There was no rush here to come to a decision which made it easier to choose. Very well set out too.

The Guy who dealt with us brilliantly.
There was no pressure or push on us whilst looking around.

Was approached as soon as i entered the shop by rob, he was very knowledgeable and made me feel welcome. He took 5 mins of my time to explain about the sofas and that i could pick any sofa in any material and any colour. He then left me to browse, checking in every so often. I then choose a sofa and he went through payment details with me. I had visited other shops before shopping here but wasnt impressed with the service they provided. I have recommended to my friends and family what a great visit i had and the service was 100%.

Our salesperson was named Martin.

Customer service appalling, manager gave me a price for a corner couch plus a 2 seater and because I wouldn’t commit to it there and then his attitude changed. stated that price was only for that day and the deal would have to be done there and then. Then when I refused he made sarcastic comments that I must have too much money to not make that deal as the price would go up tomorrow when I was coming back. Muttered other things as he was walking away but didn’t catch what he said. Over £2500 cash sale to be ruined by managers attitude.
Tried bullying tactics to get a sale.
Think the manager needs replacing or retrained.
Would avoid at all costs. If he can treat a 36 year old man like that imagine what he’s like with the elderly or vulnerable. Very pushy.

Outstanding customer service went above and beyond to help us choose the right sofa to meet our needs.

We had great customer service so far , we were welcomed at the stockton portrack lane store . The shop is really lovely and the staff are all smiling and friendly. The lady who served us is called Alison and she was so lovely , very genuine and so easy to talk to about our needs. Alison was so very helpful and knowledgable about all the different styles, she made us feel very comfortable and confident in our choices. A great employee .

Staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and talked me through all of the stages of the purchase.

From the minute we walked in, we were welcomed by the lovely polite Gurnam who introduced himself, let us walk around and explained everything we needed. He kept checking in on us and if we needed anything. He let us try numerous sofas before we made a decision and talked through everything numerous times before we made a decision. The sofa and recliner is now ordered and if it wasn’t for Gurnam and his amazing customer service it wouldn’t have been an easy decision!

Staff friendly and helpful nice to view furniture without staff. I can’t comment on my purchase as awaiting delivery but I have confidence that the quality will be good

Bought a brand new premium sofa with an extra care add on.
This was delivered with parts missing and I was told this would be rectified with a call in 48hours and then fixed by the end of the week.
No call. Contactes the shop who then passed me off to use an online form, no help given. Email received saying the part would be send in a week, the wrong part and no support to assemble.
After a back and forth, which made out the fault was mine, they said they would then arrange technicians to come and fit it.
I then received a further email delaying all of this for 2 weeks as well as an email saying my payments would start.
So I have an incomplete set and have to start paying for it. Oh and to add cannot get through to the finance company to state I've raised a despute to delay payments.
Overall will never use again and this set may be back with them very soon.

Addition:
The response indicates this has been sorted however this does not take into account the fact I was told multiple different time frames, different parts and spoken to like I was at fault.
Very good business reply to try make them sound like it's been acted on appropriately. It has not at all. Poor form from poltrone in every aspect of this process, the aftercare team and even the finance company. Zero trust.
