Great service from staff
Deputy manager, Rachel, extremely helpful and friendly - she listened to our needs and was not pushy. She left us to look round and returned later to discuss our choice. Completed the sale with minimum fuss and explained what would happen next with regards to the delivery.

Helpful friendly staff
Arrived at the store and we were met by Carole who was very friendly and showed us around the store and assisted in our choice of furniture with all the information we required we were even offered refreshments making the overall experience a pleasure and we came away very happy after ordering exactly what we required thanks to brilliant staff at Stafford store.

A very nice lady but I am very unhappy…
A very nice lady but I am very unhappy that I have paid so much money for my items having looked at the paperwork etc & the extras I didn't really need fabric care kit £24 each amount excluding vat £80 then fabric stain & accident cover another £129 each delivery charge £99 I only live in stone I felt pressured somehow into paying for these extras & feel more should be explained about your options

Great service
Great service, we were greeted when we arrived and was informed of the layout of the store and furniture. The staff were great and left us to look at our leisure but we're always on hand for any questions.

We were told the sofa had a phone…
We were told the sofa had a phone charger, doesn't charge Sony's or Samsungs, it turns out just iphones which I have absolutely no intention of getting. We've had an engineer out half a dozen times to repair or replace one thing or another.

My new sofa and chairs were delivered today by Nick and Mark. They were on time, very polite and helpful also clearing away all packaging. Only one disappointment which wasn’t their fault, was that the power chair had a metal motive on the front which I hadn’t ordered. They told me the chair would be replaced. Very pleased with suite and service of your two employees.

We made a couple of visits to the store…
We made a couple of visits to the store before deciding on a purchase. The man who greeted us (Shah) was very friendly and helpful without being pushy and trying to make us make a purchase. He had a lot if knowledge of the furniture he was selling. He helped us to measure the furniture so we could assess whether it was suitable to fit in our front room. We returned after a couple of days and spoke to Shah again to confirm our purchase. He then worked out the cost , advised us if the delivery date and my husband paid the deposit. We felt very comfortable with Shah s approach. It was a relaxing experience to be able to browse for a time first before being bombarded with facts and figures. Any questions were answered straight away. Shah displays a very nice polite presentation, gives you chance to look around, answering any questions fully.
It was lovely to meet you Shah.

FABULOUS
Once we entered the shop, we were greeted by Carole. She was friendly and listened to what I was looking for in a sofa.
After having some tea brought out to us, me and my grandad were given time to look around. We were checked in with occasionally which helped when we had questions.
Eventually, we found a sofa size in my price range. I looked through the different colours I could pick and was struggling to decide. So Carole took me to another sofa with the same colour and pattern on. This sold me.
This was my first experience of buying a sofa and it was made pleasant and friendly.
I would highly recommend the store to others.
