Our delivery time slots are estimated, and on occasion factors outside of our control, such as traffic or unforeseen delays on the road, can affect the driver’s arrival time. Sofa comfortable and just as seen in shop very pleased. The only criticism I would have is the time I had to wait for it. It was delivered within the time slot so pleased with that too

Happy family
From the moment we visited the store to the delivery and installation of our sofas, the communication was excellent throughout. Every member of the team was helpful, professional, and kept us informed every step of the way.
We are absolutely delighted with our new sofas. They have transformed our front room, making it feel much more spacious, comfortable, and welcoming. We also discussed our family’s needs with the store team, including the fact that we have an autistic child. As a result, there are times when one of us ends up sleeping on the sofa, so having these incredibly comfortable recliners has been a complete game changer.
The quality, comfort, and service have all exceeded our expectations. We couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for new furniture.

Great experience from start to finish. The member of staff who helped me (Garry) was friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy, which I really appreciated. He gave me the information I needed, let me take my time, and helped me find exactly the sofa I was looking for. The whole process was quick and straightforward.
