From entering the shop we were given space to look around and got help when needed.
The delivery was on time and the delivery crew were friendly and quick.

From walking into the store they couldn’t of helped enough they were friendly polite smart and so helpful would definitely recommend to my friends and family Happy Customer 😊 and the aprons they wear look smart but uncomfortable for them

I was kept well informed about the delivery of my sofa. The lads who delivered it was friendly and respectful. They took away all the rubbish set it up for me. As an 89 year old I would have struggled to do it myself. Really love my sofa.

We visited the Silverlink store today for the first time. Very friendly and not at all pushy. We were able to browse around for a while and were asked a few times if we needed any help. We were helped by Robert, the branch manager. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and we made a purchase. Will review the delivery process later, but today was an enjoyable experience.
