From going into store to order my new sofa to it being delivered I had no problems at all. We were left to look around the store at ease. The store manager Richard was very helpful and answered any questions we had and brought the colour switches to me. The 2 delivery lads were very helpful and set up our new sofa and chair.

The service my husband and I received in the shop.. the assistant was very attentive respectful.. explained everything to us made us feel at ease.. demonstrated how the sofa works.. the sofa is excellent .. delivered on time day of delivery kept informed by the delivery driver took excellent care of the sofa and care of our home..

From choosing the sofa with the help of the assistant in a helpful manner to placing the order and getting the email with the delivery date also messages from the delivery driver what time to expect the sofa

I walked into the showroom and was greeted by the sales person, I let him know what I was looking for I.E. a reclining sofa.
I was encouraged to check all of the sofas out, he was on hand to answer any questions I had.
I found the ideal sofa for me, he showed me the colour range they come in and I chose one, I then paid for it.
I didn't feel pressured into buying anything, the quality of the sofa was enough for me to get my debit card out.
All in all a pleasant shopping experience.
I am looking forward to receiving the sofa.

I visited your Silverlink store on the 6th July and when I entered the store I was greeted by a young man who asked me what I was looking for. He then introduced me to Steve who was very pleasant and very helpful he took time and was very attentive. I purchased a sofa on my first visit. I would give Steve 11 out of 10

The sofa arrived after 16weeks wait, when it was installed it arrived 3 hours after my designated slot.
The drivers although very friendly asked me to sign which I thought it was receipt of goods.
I was not asked to inspect and once actually looked at it was covered in oil and therefore had to go to the showroom to inform them of the damages

We looked at all furniture without being pestered by the sales staff. The advice was good and the sales person answered all our questions.
