We were greeted at the door, this usually puts me off going any further, but, the young lady who spoke to us was really nice and extremely helpful. We told her what we were looking for and she showed us everything that met our requirements. She made me a coffee and then left us alone to discuss the purchase. We went ahead and bought a sofa and chair.

Having avoided going to SCS due to very bad experience years ago but being unable to find a sofa which 'fitted' me, I thought I'd give them a chance & very glad I did as I found the perfect one. Martin the salesman was helpful, friendly & product knowledgeable.

The new refurbished store in Milton Keynes was clean and inviting. Well laid out with great selection of sofas and fabrics to choose from. Rep ( sorry can't remember name but she originally came from Italy) not pushes, let you have much time as needed to make choices, very pleasant and knew the products.

Excellent service from start to finish …order placement to delivery. Delivery guys very hard working, diligent and tidy.

My wife and I were left alone to look at all the different sofas without getting pressurised at every turn, when we decided what we liked, we went over and talked to Martin. He was very helpful and informative about all the different options that were available. We were very happy with his service and manner. Would highly recommend.

As I walked in, a giant bear of a man welcomed me. He was very considerate and didn't follow me or badger me. I went upstairs and took a look and was just on my way to get him, and he appeared coming up the stairs.
Martin is such a peaceful, quiet man he put me right at ease.
Nothing was too much trouble and everything was done and answered with a minimum of fuss. Martin also explained how the company has changed since I last visited.
I would recommend Martin's service to anyone. Well pleased with my visit and subsequent purchase.

Fantastic service from start to purchase. Everyone we dealt with in-store was helpful, very knowledgeable and patient. Our search was a tricky one as we had quite specific requirements which meant we were back and forth a few times before we finally found what we wanted. The help we received from Georgia was excellent, she was knowledgeable, helpful and responded quickly to all our queries. Looking forward to delivery.

The sales person Martin really looked after us, took his time showed us alternatives products and explained about everything.

I entered the store with my mum and started looking for a particular sofa I had seen online. A lovely friendly assistant called David approached us and showed us to the sofa we were looking for. He wasn't too pushy or bombarded us with information. He told us a few details then left us to it for a while. He came back over as we were struggling with what fabrics to choose and he guided us through the variety they had on offer. We eventually decided on buying that particular sofa and we were very happy with his approach.

We were helped by Georgia in the Milton Keynes branch. She was lovely and attentive and allowed us time to make our own decisions but was also able to answer any questions that we had. I felt really comfortable with her and it was an overall great experience. We cross other team members whilst Georgia was helping us and they were also lovely. I would definitely go and see Georgia again if I needed to buy something new

My partner and I were just browsing and getting an idea for a potential new purchase in the near future, we tried a few other sofa places but when we went to SCS in Milton Keynes, we went home feeling like we made a perfect decision. First of all we were greeted by a very friendly man who helped us figure out how to use some of the features on a sofa we were looking at. My only regret is that I did not get his name so I couldn’t praise him in my review. As we wondered around, we were met by Georgia, again, very friendly and helpful! She showed us exactly how to use some of the other different features on a range of sofas. Finally we found a sofa which felt just right and Georgia was wonderful with helping us make the right decision. No sales tactics and we didn’t feel under pressure or pushed into making a purchase. We discussed different fabrics and colours, Georgia was brilliant with giving us clear information. We ended up making a purchase and left the store feeling very happy. Brilliant customer service, thank you!

We made a purchase today st SCS, Milton Keynes, and were very impressed with the quality and choice of their products. Equally important, was the customer service within the store. We spoke to a number of staff as we visited on several days before deciding what suited our needs. We found all staff to be polite, helpful and welcoming and this was why we chose SCS over similar stores we also visited. We would like yo say a special thank you to Manjit who was amazing, he was helpfil, polite, curtious, cheerful, knowledgeable and clearly had vast experience in this field. He answered all our questions, encouraged us to try a number of sofas and we were able to make our own informed decision without feeling pressured. He is an asset to SCS.

A friendly and helpful sales person made the experience of buying new sofas really easy. No had sell tactics, just good clear information on our options making our choice easier - even to pushing a chair across the store so we could compare similar colours - and decide which one was right for us.

Sofas arrived earlier than expected which was a bonus. The delivery was early than arranged , courteous delivery drivers and everything went smoothly

From the moment we stepped into store we were greeted by Jessica, she was very helpful and informative not pushy at all, it was our 1st time in your store would recommend at least a visit. Managed to order exactly what we wanted so fingers crossed it arrives and we are still as happy.

Such Crappy Service. We ordered a sofa knowing it would be too large to get though our front door. They offered their dismantle service at £300 so the sofa can get round this which we agreed to. 3 months later, delivery week arrived and got a text with the date. However this got cancelled until the week after with no real explanation. New delivery date comes through so great excitement. Delivery guys turn up only to say it’s not going to fit and we don’t dismantle, that’s another department. So we wave bye bye to the sofa as it’s put back on the van. Down to our SCS store in Milton Keynes only to be told they only have 2 people who dismantle and it could take weeks!!!! No apology or real commitment from the manager to sorting out their issue. Looking at other reviews this it quite common occurrence. I guess we will have to continue to wait…..what a shambles, heaven knows where our paid for sofa is now.

I’ve now given you my order number and postcode but still haven’t had any meaningful update of when I will see my sofa again!
