Late delivery but the driver explained the problem, very quickly offloaded and installed, rubbish taken away

Delivery earlier than expected but…
Delivery earlier than expected but wanted to change the delivery day as I was at work but limited to other days and they didnt have the days i was off. Ended up having a friend be at the house. Delivery guys were good and we had plenty of notifications on the day and tracking of the delivery was good. Sofa had a dirty mark on it . The delivery people used there own kit to get the mark out and seems to have worked . Still waiting on call from after care team but I think that's because Sunday they are closed .

Excellent experience throughout with poltronesofà. Staff very polite & knowledgeable about products. Allowed us to browse uninterrupted after initial welcome. Very helpful once we had decided on the sofas we wanted. Even paying the remainder of our balance at another store. The staff were so polite. Shuck my hand & thanked me for my custom. Delivery team polite, fast & efficient. We love our new furniture, excellent purchase.

It was a fantastic experience. From the moment we entered the shop right through to the purchase of the recliner chair, Lesley is an asset to your company. She never tried rushing us etc, she was so pleasant and helpful.
