Product is good but if you give your door sizes and the sales staff say its ok GET IT IN WRITING because otherwise they will charge you a ridiculous price to send someone out so please be warned this has happened to my neice ridiculous don't trust the word of sales staff further to me original it turns out you didn't at point of sale explain it comes in boxes and apparently cannot be took out till in the house due to finance not only that you also didn't say that if you can't deliver it you still have to pay finance even though you have no sofa so the only option is to pay for someone to come and sort it which apparently is 200 or 400 pounds all your staff had to do was check the size of the largest box that's it easy but if they did that they might not get a sale so easier to just say yeah its fine and then sting a single working mum for 200 quid cos she's on her own and won't have any choice disgraceful

The two guys who delivered my chair were very polite & careful not to cause any disruption or damage anything, they were very quick in assembling the recliner chair & explained to me on how to use it

Kerry was an Excellent service adviser upon purchasing our furniture at Mansfield’s SCS. Delivery lads was brilliant.

We purchased 2 sofas from SCS and was told it would be an 8 week waiting time and we were happy with that. At the 7th week we got a call to say that a problem with the order and it had missed a build slot and shipping and was going to be delayed another 8 weeks. We were offered the full refund for the deposit or carry on with the order.
We opted to carry on and finally today the sofa’s arrived and we are so pleased with them, it was certainly worth the wait.
The quality and appearance is just what we wanted.
The delivery team was on time and were curious, polite and friendly and took respect of our property.

The delivery men was lovely! I couldn’t fault them at all! Super friendly, helpful when needing door taken off and quick to help me when I realised the sofa wasn’t correct, they got straight on the phone. I did come into scs which I am promised to get the sofa I did order, it was more of a system problem then the person who made the order. However I’ve got to keep the wrong sofa until the right one comes, so atleast I’m not left without one. Staff have been helpful and super friendly at the shop in Mansfield so generally couldn’t fault them and was amazing when it came to ordering it:) I had Kelly she was super friendly, warm and welcoming:)

Appears to be poor quality furniture.Within 2 days of receipt the seats of my chair & sofa had "puddled" & are now becoming uncomfortable to sit on. Unable to contact by email & calls to cusomer support are ignored.Was advised by salesman that the shop manager would call me on 12th September- I am still waiting for the propmised call 10 days later!
Having bought leather furniture in the past from other sppliers without problem I am disgusted with the lack of customer service this company provides.

The SCS delivery team carried , unpacked , set up and positioned our new sofa with great care. Very pleased.

We spent several hours in the store, picking our furniture and materials. The sales lady was lively, friendly, knowledgeable and really helpful.
No pressure at all.
Delivery crew Deon and Za were superb. Efficient, quick, tidy and nothing was too much trouble.

When we first went into store, the staff were all very friendly, and left us to have a wander on our own, no pushy sales person. When we did need assistance the young woman was extremely helpful.
Delivery was on time, and the 3 men were brilliant, no issues at all, all delivered with the utmost care.
This is the 2nd time we’ve used SCS, and have always been happy with the service.

I have received my new furniture today. The delivery was timely, I was contacted by the delivery driver to keep me informed of the expected time of the delivery. The two young men were polite and efficiently installed my new suite. I'm very pleased with the service.

Called in yesterday 26/08/2025 was attended to by Chris who was extremely helpful, we only went in for a look see but because of how we were delt with ended up purchasing 2 powered recliners, Chris was very knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy and it was a pleasure to do business with him.

Great communication when had any queries, the product; a fabric chair; is of high quality. The delivery details were well informed and regular updates... the delivery itself was prompt; on the time stated. Delivery men were polite; courteous; friendly and informative... and very respectful of property....

Firstly the drivers arrived later than the agreed time.

They way the drivers handled our very expensive new corner suite was very poor dropping the modular units off the van and letting it fall on to the road then dragging the furniture on its end across the pathway.

They have also damaged my composite front door so we are now not able to open the door.

Their attitude during the whole process was totally unprofessional and I really don’t think they knew how to handle the furniture or even how to put it together this is not what I would expect from a national furniture company

Lovely well made suite. So so comfortable. Delivered put together unwrapped and packaging taken away. Well comfortable just arrived in time as we are elderly and need the comfort now that this suite will provide.The delivery staff were very good took pride in making sure it all reclined properly in the right order.

The guys that delivered the goods were excellent, took photos of route in before bringing the sofa in, fitted the legs and removed the packaging.
However, being provided with a 9am delivery slot to, after numerous phone calls to Richard at scs Mansfield, receiving our goods at 6.30pm is totally unacceptable!
Richard was only made aware of our initial call at 12.30 that the delivery schedule had been changed and neither the store or us were informed. Until this issue is sorted I would not look to order from SCS again.
