It was a lovely experience, the staff let us take a leisurely look round in the Mansfield store, when we found what we wanted the female assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful and sorted everything out for us, thank you so much - Debbie

There was a huge range of choice both sofas and possible materials and colours. Kimberley in the Mansfield store was cheerful and attentive. She left us to wander but was available for questions and pointed out various styles and features on the sofas. We would recommend asking for her at the Mansfield store.

Was surprised to see that SCS had changed its name to, Poltronesofa. But still a great place to visit. Staff are very friendly and helpful. I didn't quite know what I was after, but the corner sofas was attracting me. So after about an hour and with help I finally ended up ordering a 2 seater sofa, and a 3 seater recliner sofa with a matching foot stool. In my preferred colour of choice. The hardest part now is waiting for it to be made. Would highly recommend this place if your in need of a change.

The sales person was very helpful and professional couldn’t do enough for us , explained the geometry of the furniture

Very happy with our SCS norbello double chaise sofa,,,,,the garbage we had from DFS was absolutely useless but this sofa is miles better. Solid build and comfortable.

Called into shop and staff couldn’t do enough. Even rang round other stores as they had sold the sofa we wanted in their store. Communication was good with a delivery date confirmed next day which was ahead of expectations. Regular contact days before delivery to confirm timescales
