In general I am pleased with the two piece suite however there is a flaw in the material on the single settee that I am going to follow up today.

Absolutely shocking. We had our leather sofa delivered at the end of March. It’s already started to peel. We have hardly used this sofa as we have two front room and it only gets used when people visit. I have emailed my issues over along with the pictures. We have a leather sofa that is fifteen years old and it’s in immaculate condition. I will be getting a full refund under the consumer rights act 2015.

Brian the salesperson was excellent he answered my questions, had the knowledge of what I wanted in materials, comfort etc I can’t comment on the quality of the settee as yet as I’ve not long moved in so over time I’ll know the quality of the settee,

Overall, the experience of purchasing a sofa with SCS was good, however, the keen salesman neglected to mention there was a 4 month wait to get the sofas. By the time I found this out, at checkout, I felt a little pressured to still go ahead with the sale.
The delivery workers didn't show me the sofas before asking me to sign that all was ok.
Regardless, the sofas are lovely and seem well built and good quality....time will tell!

Dreadful experience. Pushy saleswoman who said there would be no issue whatsoever getting the sofa into our lounge. We had explained that the lounge door is very near the front door. She advised that the sofa comes in small sections and they could take the feet off too, to get the sofa into our lounge! At no time were we advised to do any measurements! The sales lady was adamant that the sofa would get through the door with no issues whatsoever! Had there been any doubt we would have most certainly gone away and measured to ensure it would fit!

Sofa arrived and we cannot get it in the lounge. We now have to pay at least £300 to get the sofa taken apart to get it into the room.

The manager at the shop in Lincoln has simply said that we had signed all the agreements and the dismantling of the sofa is our responsibility!

The response from Brad! Is yet another blantant lie from SCS, as i previously stated at no stage were we advised to take measurements. We were given an absolute assurance that the sofa would fit into our house and the room! And no it’s not a rare occurrence with SCS, there are numerous reviews on trust pilot and Google making reference to this very same issue!

Jayne at the Lincoln shop was very friendly and professional and spent time making sure that we found the right sofa to fit our requirements

To be honest it was the expertise and honesty of Jane (sales), that we ended up buying the sofa, which we love.

Great delivery no damages

Very helpful and approachable staff. Suzzanne advised me and provided a number of options for what I was looking for - very happy with the final choice I made and look forward to delivery.

The salesman in the Lincoln store was outstanding.
The delivery team were polite but unfortunately we had to ask them not to wear their shoes on the brand new cream carpet. They said Poltron did not supply overshoes and it was a health and safety issue. The older or senior man then put blankets down.
This took the edge off what would have been an excellent delivery.

Delivery was a quick and easy process, the staff in the Lincoln store were very helpful and easy to talk to regarding my order and the sofas in store. Our sofas are so comfy and look lovely in our house and I can’t fault the whole experience from the start. Will definitely be recommending to anyone and everyone.

Staff did not immediately approach me, which I find pleasing, just made it known they were there to help if needed. I went away to look somewhere else and then came back. The gentleman I approached for help was so obliging and he was with me for quite a long time, we had such a laugh and eventually sorted out was was needed. Good service. Even when I left all the staff where acknowledging and saying bye
