My visit to your showroom was a truly rewarding experience. From the moment that I walked into the shop I was greeted by the friendly staff without being pressured into a hasty purchase. I was allowed to wander through the store and when I was happy that what I wanted was readily available the lads in the shop helped me out and steered me in the right direction. I had one or two specific needs which were met with no fuss. I was really impressed with the service and I would have no hesitation in returning to the same store again.

Professional, friendly approach

When I entered store I was warmly welcomed and asked if I needed help. I replied that I didn’t need anything immediately, was only looking for ideas as I had no idea what I wanted. The assistant then left me on my own to wander without any hard sell. I was surprised to see a suite that would suit my home perfectly and had immediate assistance choosing coverings to suit my decor. Left the store a little shell shocked but very happy with the outcome

Finally happy with our sofa recliners purchased as problemwas fixed today and sofas were deliveredon 24/6/26. I was very disappointed that the double recliner sofa's mechanics were faulty on day of delivery.

Our new sofa purchase was made very easy with the help of knowledgable & professional service from Simon at Ipswich branch. Nothing was too much trouble for him, no pressure tactics, provided plenty of time to choose, & was very courteous. Understanding the customer perspective & responding to all our queries in a friendly & open manner gave us more confidence to purchase. There were lots of choices in-store & customisable options enhanced our purchase decision.
We hope the sofas are as good as they are, & looking forward to receiving it promptly. Simon reinforced the fact that they will strive to rectify any problems encountered in future as quickly and effectively as possible. We would gladly recommend the in-store service.

I was greeted with a cheery hello. & was left to peruse your store which I was very impressed with the variety. I actually had in my mind a choice of 3. Which I think is unusual. Bailey came to my aid & we talked through my options & delivery. He was very helpful & gave me a contact number to dispose of my old sofa. Which I was very grateful for. A very nice young lad made my experience very easy.

The delivery was excellent the two delivery men were polite and careful they put the sofa together and moved to where I wanted it and took all the package away and left my house clean and tidy

The delivery men arrived. Brought the sofa in through my patio doors at my request as the sofa goes just two feet away from the patio doors. They unpacked, attached the sofa feet, took the packaging and left. Very efficient fast workers. I was very happy with the delivery and installation of my new sofa.Also happy with the help from a man in the Ipswich store who arranged for me,collection of my old sofa. Very good service from all.

Good communication, prompt timing and very professional friendly staff.

Very helpful in store by the manager. Felt so at ease. The two chaps who installed our settees were great, efficient and polite.

Delivery was excellent, crew very efficient and helpful on a very hot day. I can't praise them enough, they are a credit to you.

The first impression goes a long way ,
And as soon as we walked through the door at the Ipswich store we were impressed with the range of different styles of sofas, we had visited 3 other well known Sofa Retailers and just weren't seeing what we wanted it was all a bit same old , nothing standing out for us . But straight away we liked two sofas, and the staff and store looked really smart and a cut above the other stores. Grant was very helpful and gave us confidence in knowing we'd finally found the right store and now was just a case of picking the sofa that suited our needs best . We left that day with three in mind and Grant emailed us the details to think over our choices.
The following weekend we visited the store again and were welcomed back by Grant who helped us fine tune our order and honestly both me and my partner couldn't be happier with the service so far , now we looking forward to the delivery .

In my experience the sales guy was very helpful and polite not pushy at all I had time to choose my furniture.
The delivery guys were amazing nothing to much trouble made sure everything was how I wanted it and all in working order. Can’t praise them enough

On the sale day all ok, welcomed by salesman Harry.
Few days later went back as I was not sure about the total cost, and needed an explanation,
Eventually all I got from the manager was to leave the showroom.
I am a 74 years old man and customer,
His excuse was he felt that I was endangering the lives of the few customers, in the showroom.
He was very rude and unreasonable.
But on further trip things got a little better I think he realised his actions and he acted much better, like he should have done in the first place.
Although the sofas have now been delivered we are very happy with what we purchased.
But been effected by the way I was treated.. NOT A HAPPY PERSON !!!!

The quality is superb and the customer service was very good i was updated regularly on arrival times and the 2 guys that delivered was very nice
