Greeted as we walked through the door. Helpful but not intrusive, gave us time to look around.

Would be helpful if after care and Teflon slides prices were available on information boards around store.

The delivery crew were very friendly and efficient and communication regarding their arrival time was good. They were tidy in their work. Definitely an asset to the organisation.

The staff were very friendly & helpful. They left us to look round the showroom but always available if we had any questions.

We went into the shop twice and spent about 2 hours, in total, in making our decision on which sofas to buy. Karen, the sales representative, attended to us on both occasions and was very patient and helpful. When it came to the purchase process, Karen fully explained our options. We were completely satisfied with the entire purchase experience.
It would have been good to have seen a few brighter colours amongst the fabric options, as many of them are quite subdued. Also, we’re really not sure about the “Ciao!” welcome, every time a customer walks into the store; it all feels a bit ‘gimmicky’.

Care kit for sofa never delivered and still chasing to receive it has been over 3 months and still nothing!!

I could not fault SCS from purchase to installation. I was notified a time slot on the day, the delivery was on time and the installation was carried out by Charlie & Rhys they were both very polite, professional and efficient. Thank you

Quite frankly the worst sofa company I’ve ever experienced. The miss selling of additional upgrades that aren’t valid. The quality of the product extremely poor, ordered a care kit that wasn’t and still isn’t given to us. Insurance that isn’t worth the paper it’s written on. Extremely poor after care after 3 months of owning the Sofa that is in bobbling across the whole seating area I’m told there is nothing they can do. I’ve never ever experienced such disgraceful service in my life no care for the customer at all

Oliver Stone at Gloucester store was very accomodating and really helpful in making us decide our new sofa. He was not pushy at all and after a week made the decision to buy. All went very smoothly and cannot wait to receive the sofa aboit 27 March 2026. Ollie is a credit to SCS .

I have had more than 12 sofas in my life and this last 1 is definitely the best 1 a good delivery well made a bit of a long wait but worth well it.

ScS made our experience go very well from placing the initial order to final delivery. Delivery was stress free and completed very efficiently by a professional team. Scs communications kept us informed regarding the delivery date and time. The team arrived on time on the day of delivery.

Arrived on time, very good quality, comfortable, 2 delivery lads were wonderful, very polite, respectful of the house, made sure we were happy before they left, having just moved, new carpets they both wiped there shoes before entering.
