My sofa bed was delivered without side arm rests I have been back to store twice and complained still haven’t been delivered after been told I would get them next day the delivery company were awful if I would give them points out of 5 it would be - 0 Total incompetence all round

No pressure sale. Great sofas, good delivery. Will use again, in 4-8 years.

Don’t recommend purchasing from scs. Worst customer experience I’ve ever had. Received confirmation txt for scheduled delivery over two weeks ago, the first attempt failed due to a driver not showing up for work and they had no contingency for this. It took them 3 days to come up with a plan for rebooking after me repeatedly trying to contact without success. The second delivery was scheduled the following week, I received the same confirmation txts but on the day I never received a txt with my expected time frame. The store initially advised it was due to be delivered however when I checked later it had been removed from the delivery list. I then had to arrange for a private company to deliver the couch organised through the store manager, they advised me I’d only have to pay £119 for delivery which would be deducted from my finance (which it was). Fortunately this guy turned up with the couch however due to the couch needed to be taken apart to fit in and then rebuilt they requested an additional £155 on top of the delivery fee. None of this had been disclosed by the store manager or the original salesman. We were told the assembly is all part of delivery and the overall fee. I’ve had the store manager tell me how useless their distribution centre is along with several employees. How they constantly fail to deliver properly that end in orders being cancelled, they’ve completely failed to disclose these additional charges to us and left my pregnant partner home alone with the two delivery men asking for more money. This wasn’t a fault on the guys delivering and assembling the couch. They were only doing their job. The failings are completely on SCS. An absolute shambles of a company who have the worst customer service I’ve ever witnessed. They only care to make their sales, anything after that is a complete failure.

The customer service individuals in the S.C.S store at the Great Western Road Retail Park were very helpful indeed in assisting/advising with my choice of sofa(s) especially Neil who was the individual who initially assisted me when I first entered the store. Neil gave me the answers to my questions regarding each individual sofa/materials etc that were available.

I had to postpone the delivery on a couple of occasions due to being unwell. When I contacted the store to request a different delivery date, they were very accommodating with no issues whatsoever. It was very much appreciated.

The delivery guys were first class guys, friendly and very helpful also with advice but the noted departure time of 11:10am seems to be incorrect (could have been a typo error) as it was nearer 12:10pm that they left my property. Also, after the delivery guys had left my property I tried each of the power recliners and the metal pins came away from the brackets leaving both end chairs separated from the middle seat. Luckily, I was able to attach both metal pins back into the brackets on middle seat and not have to request the guys to come back (although I did phone them to explain what happened). The sofas are very comfortable.

Went into the Drumchapel branch (thankfully with a witness!) saleswoman Shirley did her job very well sold me a 3 seater recliner and a - now I know it’s called and rise and recline. The rise and recline clinched the sale. The order was then placed for a recliner chair by saleswoman in error (anyone can make a mistake nothing wrong with that ) and today I received everything phoned up customer service explained and the young chap passed me on to the Drumchapel store where I was told by Chris, who refused to give his surname as it “ would breach GDPR! He told me there was nothing I could do as I should have checked the order, which I did but didn’t know the chair was known as a rise and recline so nothing to pick up on. He then kept interrupting me, I suspect he had an audience! And wouldn’t have spokeReiterating it was my fault for not picking up on it. He then told me to approach Trading Standards and then invited me to “take them to court!” He wouldn’t have spoken to a man like that!
I had to ask twice what he had just said All within the space of a 9 minute call and within 2 hours of delivery- wow! We were stunned!
It’s now been passed on to head office and game on! So folks got to DFS! The recliner chair is actually poorly made they clearly have the “well-made show” products on display!

Fab delivery, the sofa is exceptional

I was reminded the night before ofvdelivery window and then again in morning. Delivery was within the time slot. The delivery crew were pleasant and helpful. Quick to get job done.

They arrived when agreed. Delivered the couch. Built it in my living room. Cleaned up after themselves. Took away all the packaging Great job.

Very punctual. Men got sofa through to the flat with difficulty but with no damage! Well done guys!

From picking our new sofa to it being delivered today, the staff have been top tier!

Everything was on time as stated

Jamie Gregg called me today and helped me with an order I’d been trying to place online. He was extremely helpful, pleasant, personable and ensured I wqs given all information I needed.
It was a very refreshing experience to deal with someone who was dedicated to my requests and nothing was too much trouble.

In a wold heading towards as much AI as possible, I’m thankful we still have live agents like Jamie, who makes you feel valued, heard and who understood my requirements. He is a credit to your customer service department/team. I can’t fault the service he provided.

From the indoor experience (SCS Clydebank)to the delivery all was exceptional and smooth. Tom (sales rep in store) was outstanding and very knowledgeable. He didn't push or hover but when needed he delivered a fantastic knowledge base and friendly customer care.
William and Doughy (delivery drivers) were awesome. Polite, and very quick set up. They were in and out yet made sure we were happy with the lay out and design. Very happy overall.

I ordered sofa from ScS 7 the July and it was delivered this morning. I was kept informed of delivery date and time. The delivery men unpacked and put the sofa up quickly. Excellent work and quick and very polite.
Sofa exactly what I wanted. I would recommend ScS for your furniture.

The delivery team were excellent managing to get my (relatively large) sofas safely placed in the appropriate room with little drama although I live in a small cottage with small and limited access. Thank you.

My first delivery date was cancelled and it took three days to get a new delivery date. The next delivery date was two weeks later.
When the actual delivery was made it went very well and the staff were polite and helpful. I want to give 5 stars but can’t because of the the cancellation of the first date and the time to actually get the delivery.

Robert and George delivered my suite and was very good they built it up and put it where I wanted guys were very pleasant and chatty took very good care of my suite I'm so pleased and happy with the delivery. I would recommend ScS
