Excellent Delivery Service
We were constantly updated regarding the date and time of delivery. The delivery guys - John and John - were extremely pleasant, helpful and professional. They ensured chairs were placed exactly where we wanted them and that recliner controls were fully understood. They removed all packaging. Excellent delivery service in every way. Thank you!

Friendly greeting when I entered the shop. The manger listened to me and what I was looking for. Professional & knowledgeable within 20 mins I was signing on the dotted line. Follow up phone call with delivery details. EXCELLENT.

From the moment I entered the store
From the moment I entered the store, the salesman was very attentive, knowledgeable, helpful and patient. I have trouble with mobility but he showed great understanding and didn't try to hurry me along. A great experience.

Would definitely recommend
Purchased a new sofa from the Clydebank store in June with a delivery estimate of mid August. Sales process was perfect for me. I wasn't followed around the store by sales people and the salesperson was very helpful when needed. The sofa arrived yesterday, a few weeks early, which I was delighted with. Delivery experience was fantastic, with good communication and delivery tracking service on the day of delivery. The delivery drivers were excellent too, very attentive and helpful. New sofa is extremely comfortable and everyone has commented on how lovely it is. Would definitely recommend.

3 seater was in two sections. Not put together properly and had to get our son round to join them up. Too heavy for us to do it

Bellaria push back armchair
I visited the shop at Great Western Road retail park the shop assistant Neil was very helpful I was looking for a recliner chair and he showed me a few options I eventually picked out the Bellaria push back armchair ontano blue 540 can't wait to get this chair as it was very comfortable would highly recommend this shop.
