Sofa delivered on time (Sales Order: S0057-1000560673), but the delivery crew heavily scuffed my hallway wall and chipped the corner of the skirting board while bringing the furniture into my home.
​I reported the property damage directly to customer service 3 days ago with photo evidence, but I have not received any response, update, or acknowledgment.
​How to improve: Please actually respond to customer complaints regarding property damage caused by delivery crews and arrange for the repair costs or a resolution promptly.

Derek was lovely. I had went in after visiting a few other Poltrone stores as I was looking to see in person a specific sofa. He searched the showroom and went online to check if it was a sofa that was due in store. It wasn't. I told him we had priced the Belford sofa but after we got home and looked online again I decided I like the sofa but didn't like the button detail. He then directed us to the Savio which is exactly the same without the button detail and power head rest. I explained that we had removed the power headrest function from the Belford anyway. Derek gave us a detailed breakdown of the price and our finance options. I decided to go with the Savio sofa and I paid a deposit. The whole experience was enjoyable. It wasn't rushed. Derek spent time with us and made my purchase very easy. I am looking forward to receiving my new sofa and hopefully enjoying it for many years as I have peace of mind with the 5 years cover we were offered which was really not a hard decision to take out.

We were welcomed on arrival. And well informed of the construction of the product. And where not pressured at any time.

The salesman listened to what I was looking for. He took his time to explain everything I needed to know including the different options, price and time before delivery.

Staff were very friendly and very helpful. Ddmonstrated & explained all options & how everything worked.

I was followed around the store by the colleague at a distance upstairs and downstairs, which felt like he was after the sale but I was desperate for a sofa. I was advised 2 week lead time as it was a clearance in store item which delivery would be supplied by a sub courier which suited as I am currently on the floor as my old couch broke. After a week I didn’t hear anything so I called the store to discover the delivery wouldn’t be taking place until 4 weeks after order , my name on the order was that I was a Mr instead of a Ms and my delivery hasn’t taken place yet.

Everything was to my satisfaction girl who helped me with my purchase was lovely left me to shop about at my request then she came and put order and payment through really nice. Delivery men had my suite put together less than 10 minutes took all packaging away they were really good

Staff were excellent and gave us time to look for our perfect sofa , no pressure to rush into any decisions, staff member explained everything there was to know about our chosen sofa and all extras that we could add , would use them again

The guys were really good got the sofa in a put it were I wanted it very clean and efficient guys would highly recommend.

I went to poltrone sofa-Glasgow to buy a recliner chair to give me the support I need due to my disability and i wanted to be able to relax safely and in comfort.
When my friend and I entered the store it was nice to see the assistant approach to kindly enquire if we needed any help and after telling him what I was looking for he then pointed out a few chairs that may be of interest to me and also told me there was a lift to take me to the next level to see more chairs there.
He then left both my friend alone for me to take my time to both look at and try some chairs that I might find are suitable for my requirements without feeling any pressure that I’d have to buy one. I then decided to ask his advice due to there being so much to choose from I’d finally agreed to buy the one the assistant had selected as it was an ideal choice.
I’m delighted with my purchase although I haven’t received it yet as I was told it’ll take between 10/12 weeks for it to arrive as it’s coming from Italy but I’m looking forward to its arrival. Huge Thank You to the kind assistant who attended to me and my friend my apologies I can’t remember his name but I appreciate the time and patience he gave me and his professional advice. I’d definitely highly recommend poltrone sofa-Glasgow to my friends family and relatives and they most certainly deserve 5+++++stars.
