We was pleased with the delivery and the delivery men was very good

We saw what we wanted and was treated very well by James the salesman!

Don’t even go into the shop. The sales person would not leave us alone and we did buy a sofa he told us the good thing is they come and replenish you sofa after 2.5 yeas and service it thought that was great wasn’t until we looked at the invoice we had been charged for it and all the cleaning stuff also then realised I had been charged a stupid amount for delivery when we spent nearly 3 grand . Then there is the delivery it self was told when we bought it we would get a txt or email about a week before delivery and this could be changed if not convenient no I checked about 6 days after the estimated date given and it was the next day. I was totally unaware tried to call the store who told me it was a 7am to 7am delivery and could not be changed so I called the distributor to try and obtain a time slot as I work 8am till 6pm they kept telling me to call back after a certain time as they didn’t receive the time slots until after a certain time which changed each time I rang on the 3 time of calling I was told I had to wait for a txt but been told earlier I could ring eventually given a time. Hope to god the sofa is ok when it comes but I would never order from there again

Both staff helpful and polite

I was kept well informed about my delivery date and times. The delivery drivers were friendly and very helpful despite the heat that they had to endure. The chairs are extremely comfortable.

Excellent service, delivered earlier than expected, which was nice. Once we had done the sale, we never heard anything until the stated time of delivery, and then everything went really smoothly. The delivery lads were brilliant and very quick, checking everything was good as they erected the furniture.

Excellent customer service. First class delivery, kept up to date with tracked delivery.

Horrible service went in with my girlfriend to have a browse and an employed walked up to us and asked “are you was looking for someone”we said “no just looking around “he said “you do know your in a sofa shop.” Then we proceeded to walk out and while having our own conversation he overheard something that was said and started shouting at us and followed us out of the store horrible customer service I’m truly appalled.

The result from start to finish deserved the 5* from choosing our furniture in store to it being delivered and know we are sitting on it so comfortable thanks Poltrone

Very polite and prefessional good demonstration. Only problem was they left a leather care kit, when a fabric three piece suite was ordered and delivered.

Although the time of delivery was changed a couple of times deliverers arrived at the third time arrangement. They were efficient and polite.
Sofas are well made, good quality.

Sofa’s were delivered on time and the whole system of keeping us involved in terms of dates and times was excellent. The two guys who delivered telephoned me 30 minutes prior to delivery and were very helpful, oh and the sofa’s were lovely as well

Being greeted with "Ciao" almost made me turn around and walk out

I persevered through the cringe however and found Bev to be knowledgeable, accommodating and easy to work with

You buy from SCS you will regret it mark my words! Their incompetent staff will screw up your order, fail to follow their own procedures so you have no chance of finding out about it and then they will gas light you into believing it’s your own fault why you’ve ended up with the product in the wrong colour and fabric. If they get it wrong, be prepared for the fight of your life. Their reply to this review just says it all really doesn’t it.

Update, they have agreed to reorder in the correct specification. All this nastiness could have been avoided sooner. I can’t just post the bad stuff so fair play to them for doing the right thing👏
