I am berry upset and devastated ordered two arm chairs and a 3seater sofa in August had a partial delivery 11.11.25 of the 2 arm chairs one of which was damaged. Now fixed. I was given a date of delivery of the first week in December which I had to chance up. I received a text telling me safa will be delivered on 13th December this week. I then received a text today telling me delivery was cancelled and they couldn't give me a delivery date yet. I rand scs this morning the lady couldn't help me she sent email to store for them to call me. Up to now 6 hours later I have not received any communication. This is very unprofessional distressing and totally bad customer care. It is now the 11th December 24 hours later the store has NOT communicated with me. The only communication is on this review site December 12th still no contact from SCS store regarding any delivery.
December 16th still NO communication from the store. I have now found out how to contact the head person in SCS who I will contact to escalate this issue.

Salesperson was professional.

Delivery men were both professional. They removed their shoes without prompting. Very rare to have such courtesy. They were in and out promptly. On the whole a very good experience.

Unhappy the delivery was very late in the day, after 10pm when it was supposed to be delivered in the afternoon.
The guys were great though, polite and helpful and set up the chair for me.

The delivery crew were friendly and professional they took care when bringing in my sofas in with great care.
And very helpful.

My experience at this company was very good. Myself and my partner received a fantastic service from Peter 😊 He was very helpful, friendly and efficient. Peter was also extremely informative, knowledgeable and patient! We needed time to find the right material and colour for our chosen sofa and did not feel rushed or pressurised by Peter. We were also impressed with the range of sofas ant SCS and the fact that you are able to choose from so many different colours and materials! The only disappointment with our overall experience is that all other companies we had already visited in search of a sofa could guarantee delivery before Christmas…unfortunately SCS could not match this and gave us a delivery date in January 2026. Such a shame as 5 stars all the way, until we discovered this news! However I would still highly recommend SCS and the lovely customer service received by Peter 😊

The crew kept in regular contact on day of delivery. The crew showed both myself and my property the utmost respect.
They assembled my furniture efficiently and removed all packaging from my property.
They were charming and helpful in placing my furniture where I wanted it.
They went above and beyond.

We were very impressed with the fantastic customer service we received when visiting the Croydon store. The sales assistant was attentive but not pushy and left us initially browse around and then helped us with our queries. Based on the feedback SCS has compared to other sofa companies, we decided to purchase one of their sofas. We got it delivered exactly when they said it would be ready (mid October) as they are made ofsite and the sofa looks fantastic and in great quality. Only had it for a few days so time will tell but so far so good. It is very comfy and reclines beautifully. A big shout out also to the delivery team (Neville and John) who were absolutely professional. They took great care in bringing it in without damaging anything, set it up and tested it too. I wish all delivery companies were like them. They work hard and do their job with a smile. Thank you SCS. I will definetely recommend your sofas to my friends and family.

Excellent experience in the Purley Way showroom where I was helped by Michael without being a pushy salesman. The product was delivered today by two very professional and respectful men, Stewart and Reece. Great care was taken and I'm very pleased with the service and product.

We ordered our sofa in June. Michael was our salesperson and he was fantastic! He was so knowledgeable and helped us choose the perfect sofa for our needs. The sofa was delivered on Friday - the actual day that was the ‘estimated delivery date’ given back in June, we were very impressed.

His knowledge of sofas, the materials to bespoke your experience is nothing short of exceptional. He Evan planned for an upholsterer to dismantle my sofa and reassemble in my flat. From ordering in store to delivery can not fault the service. Salesman was a gentleman. Order was completed within the time frame. Delivery guys were efficient friendly and kept updated throughout. Sofa is lovely we are very happy with the purchase. Glad we came to SCS Croydon.

From start to finish the SCS Team have been friendly, knowledgeable, easy to deal with and all very proud of the quality of the products they are selling.
Delivery was well informed, efficient and all packing (the items very well packed) was taken away.
The delivery team made sure we were happy with the location of the sofas. The sofa bed had to be dismantled to get into location and this was dealt with efficiently.
