Mo was very helpful from start to finish. He took note of our requirements and paid attention to the details. He had multiple options to show us to suit and explained all of our options in depth. We didn't intend on buying a new sofa that day but so pleased we did. We're looking forward to delivery in a few weeks.

Delivery on time, assembled quickly by friendly staff pleased with sofas excellent all round.

Sales staff don’t pounce on you when you walk through the door,welcome you then leave you to look around.When you ask for assistance no hard sell ,relaxed informed honest straight forward with all possible options. Personally had dealings with two sales staff on separate occasions and found them both a pleasure to assist and advise us. We were delighted with our purchase and the help we received in making our choice.

The sales team were great.
These are fantastic sofas. They are really comfortable at a reasonable price.
Unfortunately the delivery tracking was incorrect and we had to wait an extra 2 and a half hours for delivery, which was inconvenient.
However the delivery team were brilliant

I went into the store to have a look, as I wanted a new sofa. I was asked if I needed any help by a lovely lady who showed me around the store. I was asked if I had anything in mind and then shown the sort of thing I was looking for. They were very helpful and polite from the time I walked into the store until I left. I was helped with style and fabric. I would highly recommend the store and the high standards and knowledge that the staff have. Just waiting now for my new sofa

What an amazing experience from start to finish! The lady who served us today truly went above and beyond. She was so welcoming, friendly, and incredibly helpful, making us feel completely at ease from the moment we walked in.

She took the time to listen to what I was looking for and expertly guided me through the different sofa styles, materials, and colours, helping me choose the perfect sofa for my home. Her knowledge and patience made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free.

A special thank you to the manager as well, who kindly brought us both bottles of water on such a hot day. It was such a thoughtful gesture and showed how much they genuinely care about their customers.

Customer service like this is hard to find these days, and both members of staff are a real credit to Poltronesofà. I can’t wait for my new sofa to arrive in 13 weeks. Thank you for making what could have been a difficult decision such a lovely experience!

From start to finish excellent service would definitely recommend 💯 sale staff delivery driver well

Excellent experience in-store, staff were very helpful.
Unfortunately, the men who delivered our sofas were extremely rude and condescending. It made me feel uncomfortable to the point that I had to ask my husband to come home.

I got just what ihad in mind.

The people in the store were good, as were the delivery people. A special note about the instore staff, they did not follow you around, unlike in other stores. We left other stores, because we felt uncomfortable with the staff constantly looking over our shoulders, without looking very much.
My only complaints are that I had one delivery slot cancelled. Fortunately I hadn't got rid of my old sofas, otherwise I would have been sitting on the floor for a week. Also, the text I received about the delivery stated it would be delivered between 7am & 12 noon. The delivery turned up at 6:40am & had tried phoning me at 6am to let me know they were on their way. I have no problem with it turning up earlier, but I should have been informed correctly in the first place. Finally, I am a little disappointed with the finished quality. The rear panel is wrinkled as the corner doesn't fit properly & the finish on one if tge armchairs doesn't match the other one. A bit disappointing, as they weren't cheap. If it hadn't been for these small issues I would have given them 5 stars.

The delivery crew were great. Really nice guys. Rang we when there were on the way, brought everything in and set it up and took away the rubbish when they left.
