The delivery man were polite and friendly and did a great job bringing in and setting up the sofa. Everything was fully explained and I can’t fault anything about the service.

After searching and visiting a number of different retailers, we found our ideal furniture at the store in Cardiff Gate. The service was first class with everything handled in a knowledgeable, professional and friendly manner. There was no over demanding sales pitch and our requirements were fully met. Looking forward to our delivery.

So we went to 2 different poltronesofa stores. 1 in Newport where we were in there for 40 minutes looking at sofas and not 1 staff member came to speak to us. I was ready to buy. 10 seconds in the one in Cardiff and a lovely person called Richard spoke with us and was with us for almost an hour and a half and was helpful and kind every single step of the way. Ended up buying a sofa. Newport store, needs training in customer service, Cardiff, need raises for how good they were.

Dealt with by Joe who gave us all the information as far as we were aware until we read our email upon returning home.
Unfortunately he omitted to tell us the price of delivery for One chair. Which was we felt extortionate
£128.00 when you think we live in Cardiff.
Had we known this we wouldn’t have placed the order.

As soon as we stepped into the store we were blown away.
The smell was lovely, the staff well presented and smart, all wearing the same and all looked clean and welcoming. It was easy to see who they were amongst other shoppers.
We were met with respect to look around whilst kindly being informed about the ways of the store and ordering.
All staff very friendly and respectful. Things were explained clearly and concisely.
You have chosen well with your staff and I for one, will be recommending your store to anyone that needs or will listen.
In all the years of shopping, I have never felt so relaxed, welcomed and respected.
I wouldn’t change a thing. This store has outdone any other furniture store that I have ever visited.

When entering the store there was a member of staff to create you and said if you need anything just ask. They left you to look without someone behind you watching you. When you were ready to help. All members of staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend this store if asked where to go.

My experience as a customer is that they are unprofessional
I would advise everybody to avoid this company
Cannock store sold a product and would not allow cancellation within 24 hours after we found all the bad reviews and experiences of other customers.
Scimming through T&C s with a tablet that does not explain that your consumer rights are non existent as far as cancellation goes when you buy instore.
Now multiple emails later to the customer services - zero responses!

Plenty of choices of sofas; lots of different configurations and materials - something for everyone. It was easy to order. Staff in store were helpful. Kept up to date via email and text. Delivery company were pleasant and helpful. A good experience all round.

Order arrived 3 hrs earlier than we were notified, without any call to advise of the change in delivery time, fortunately we were at home and able to accept the delivery.

From entering the store greeted by friendly staff the guy we purchased sofas from Kiki think his name what a lovely guy.Explained everything in detail and the purchase was quick.
Looking forward to our new sofas in a few months.Definately recommend staff at the Cardiff Gate store.
