Unreal. The sofa is ridiculously comfortable. The build quality is so great. Heavy, sturdy and definitely feels built to last. From start to finish the process has been smooth. In store to delivery and set up. Everyone was super kind and respectful. 10/10 it’s so great to be able to write a review like this. Everyone at the Bromborough store has made it extremely easy to write.

Really helpful and polite delivery people

Ordering in the store, very good, Aaron was especially helpful with our selection explaining options available. Staff in general in the store were always polite and helpful. Delivery on the other hand was quite stressful, given a time between 11 and 3 pm initially then on the morning of delivery time changed to 11 and 1 pm. Followed delivery using the tracking app and watched the vehicle criss crossing the Wirral. Initially message said two deliveries before us, but then vehicle headed out to Knowsley. Times kept updating to show expected delivery nearer to 3pm. Delivery staff very polite and efficient, but delivery routes/tracking needs addressing.

Great customer service & a friendly welcome but not too much in your face pushing you to make decisions or orders

We went in Poltron and found the sofa we wanted. Suzanne made it so easy picking fabrics, right down to delivery dates and was very friendly.

I cannot recommend enough, they aren't pushy are relaxed and simply let you choose in your own time. A change from other furniture stores

Mike, the main member of staff who helped us at the Bromborough store, was absolutely excellent, as were all the other members of staff. Friendly, professional, warm & funny. Can't speak highly enough of them.

Each time we went into the shop.3 times, staff i were welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. They took time to discuss what we wanted and offered suggestions without bring pushy.

After using SCS for our last sofa choice over 18 years ago, we decided to go into the re-branded Bromborough store to try out one we'd seen online. The store is immaculate, calm and very well stocked. We were met by a gentlemen called 'Michael' who as well as being extremely knowledgeable, was well spoken and answered any questions we had, allowing us to walk around the store and try out various ideas. Right at the end we decided on a great choice of sofa, deciding on the fabric and colour of the display one. We then talked through the orientation etc, getting a quote which was within budget. Booked an appointment for the following evening, again with Michael, which is great for continuity. and our new settees will be with us in 14 weeks, plenty of time to get the room decorated and the new carpet in ready!

Staff very friendly . But I'm a bit confused on delivery on TV it says delivery free on my receipt it says delivery £129 ?

We were treated good no pressure but pointing out things that helped us a great deal and looking forward to getting are furniture

A very helpful sales Pearson in the croft centre..a few days later we called in for a swatch of the fabric and colour we had chosen for are new furniture .as we where going to buy carpet ...Very disappointed that you don't supply swatches to customers who's left a deposit plus Diana Elson

Hello, our experience was brilliant. Suzanne was so good, very patient (because we were a bloody nightmare for her, so indecisive). We got there in the end with Suzanne's help. You have a great team, very friendly and definitely know their stuff. Not had our delivery yet but im sure it will be fine and on time I hope. Would buy here again. Thank you

The manager Katie was very good at selling your sofas to me I bought my leather sofa and rise & tip chair from SCS. I had enjoyed them until in October my toilet leaked andge furniture was effected by the water.

The young lady was very helpful very patient and polite showing me all the suites I was looking for can’t wait for my suite to be ready thank you so very much.

All Furniture delivered with care by Steve & Michael. Very efficient, helpful & courteous. SCS kept us informed prior to delivery and the times given were adhered to. Well done SCS Team, especially Susanne at SCS Bromborough.

If I could give a zero review I would. I have been left without any updates on my parents furniture being delivered. Requested call backs from the store after being on hold several times for over an hour, never received any call back from the store, number also changed since we placed the order, no one informed us. Emails with order details were promised and never arrived.
Constant delays with the delivery, still not had furniture that was ordered in October. Absolutely no customer service from the store at all. I have been left to chase SCS all over the country to try and locate this furniture for my elderly parents. Absolutely diabolical, would never use again

The delivery team was awesome!! They left everything as it was, no waste left, they work fast, they were polite and even went beyond and help me move the old sofa!!
