Completely take back what I said previously. The employees at SCS are liars. The guy MISREPRESENTED the sofa. He lied.

Do not ever order from here. They go back and forth but will refuse to deal with the issue.

Scs, do not even bother replying to my comment. I hope your company goes bankrupt.

They said 8 week and I'm still waiting for my sofas. The earliest I'll get my sofa is 20th December. That four months later and even that's not a fixed date. Very disappointing.

Missold, I spent over £3K on a corner sofa, the guy was a good salesman because he needs to commission. The delivery arrived and the delivery guys were extremely negative, they said they were not able to park because it wasn't right in front of the house despite it being literally 30 seconds away. Second delivery organised no parking issues (different delivery personnel) this time they said it wouldn't fit through the door! I wasn't told this at the time of sale. Customer services are now hiding behind "you signed the terms" which I was given at a later date. I was told I had to fork out another £240 to have a third-party upholstery person take it apart then put it back to together inside. Extremely shoddy behaviour, if he told me about this in the first instance I wouldn't had this malarky with their delivery drivers and spend another two weeks without a sofa. I could've easily not accepted delivery and charged back to cause them headache if I were like them. I have requested few callbacks from SCS Beckton and emailed customer service yet to hear from them!

I had a really good experience with SCS especially Yasser. He gave a great customer service and gave us good advice about sofas and colouring.

Cannot comment on the sofa yet as it has not arrived. However, Sanjay at the Beckton store in Gallions Reach needs a shout out. He was so lovely and friendly even when we came in with a 1 year old who was running around. He never made us feel unwelcome, he explained all the choices and was courteous even when we left the store. We returned twice to complete the sale and he was so professional throughout. Cannot recommend his services enough.

So, initially the sales rep from your Becton, London branch was superb. I was over the moon to place an order for a very expensive sofa to which I was looking forward to receive delivery of. However this is where things went wrong. I was given an aniticpated delivery date of the 15 November which has just been changed to the 14th November. Unfortunately, this date is not suitable and the e mail/text reads to amend the date contact us on two numbers. I have no been trying to contact them for two full days including attempts to webchat, e mail etc. Several call backs have also been requested to explain my situation. The email also states, I will be charged if I miss the delivery which I appear to be unable to change.
For a company of this size and the money I have just spent, this is totally unacceptable. I will now have to take a day off work to visit the store in person to avoid a charge and to arrange a new delivery date.
Totally unsatisfied, all I needed was someone to pick up my call or respond to my several attempts at communication!!!!

Excellent customer service from Sanjay at SCS store in Beckton. Very helpful, friendly and very informative when we chose our new sofa. Pleasant experience and would recommend.

They sold me the sofa and said it would be there for start of October and in the small print it stated mid November. They have been very deceptive and wasted my time and taken my money.

I will be sharing my bad experience with scs all over my social media and tell my friends and family to avoid the company and the sneaky sales tactics.

Poor customer service, you pay for a product that so far has just not arrived yet u keep calling customer service and “it should be with me any time soon” or you simply don’t hear from them and they are offline during their opening hours! If I had known I would have bought my sofa at a different store.Unsure when I’ll receive it at that point and at £3k you’d think you’d get better customer service!

I really recommend this shop, the quality of products is really good, there is big range of sofas, staff is very friendly,and helpful we were offered some coffee during the process of buying the sofa, thanks to help of Sam we bought Italian sofa bed, who assisted us and explained everything about the products. I can say that today experience was really great and I would recommend to buy sofas in ScS.thank you!

Sam was helpful and patient as I narrowed down sofa options. Explained everything really well. I didn’t feel rushed in any way. Pleased with choice of product and customer service.

We visited the SCS store in Beckton and bought our first home sofa and the service provided by David was nothing short of amazing. He gave us recognition as we entered the store and said he was available if we had any questions, allowing us to look around in our own time. As soon as we needed any assistance he was there to help and answer any of our questions. It was very nice to be able to take our time without feeling pushed into making a decision. I would highly recommend visiting this store as all the staff were very polite and helpful but a special thank you to David.

Our salesmen Narender was so lovely and helpful- we managed to pick the sofa we wa. Definitely recommend speaking to Narender if looking for a sofa in the Beckton branch!

This has to be the best furniture store in the UK, prices are reasonable and they offer flexible payments as well which is a plus!

I have been to Beckton 2 times, the welcoming staff and the elegance of the surroundings have taken over any decisions we could have done with any other brand! There is quiet few models of couches and sofabed but, when you meet Sanjay you can’t leave without making a purchase specially to reward his professionalism, manners and patience in offering always a detailed answer for any question you might have on products or home advise I was literally spoiled by Sanjay and poltrone sofà SCS store.
