The delivery men were excellent. Very careful and considerate in their approach. The suite we bought is well made and comfortable, with the right degree of cushioning and firmness. We are delighted.

I was dreading going into browse in sofa shops due to being approached and pressured, but when I was met by Simon at Poultron Aintree he was different, I told him I was just browsing, he understood right away and just briefly explained the colour/fabric system on the tags so that I was aware and left me to relax and wander around on my own, until I actually called him. Because of this, and feeling relaxed with no sakes pressure, I bought a sofa as soon as it caught my eye within 10 minutes. I called him to ask further questions, He was brilliant, very relaxed and no pressure. It made such a difference to my sofa shopping experience. Very pleased 👍

Firstly you emailed the day prior to delivery and then gave time and date , but never thought to send maybe one week prior so people can make plans to except delivery my wife lost a days pay to receive the unit which to me is really unexceptionable poor planning on your side of things

We first met Kate who explained all about the chairs that we were looking at. She was very helpful and friendly. In all aspects. We returned two days later to purchase the chair.
The shop itself is very well laid out, spotlessly clean and a nice environment to be in when looking at furniture.
