The service was great. From going into the shop to the delivery.
In the shop there was no hard sales pitch. I was given time to make my decision. The sales person was friendly but professional.
The delivery crew were great. Careful, polite and efficient.
No complaints. I would definitely recommend.

Avoid at all costs! If you find a sofa you absolutely love in one of their stores, keep dreaming as you won't ever get it. They will take your money and then lie to you on mulitple occasions about when your sofa will arrive, hiding behind "the contract". 3 different delivery dates we have had, - ALL confirmed!! - and yet we still have no sofa. Not one person in the business will take ownsership for any thing - "not my department" is a regular saying.
I spoke to the store we ordered from at 11:00 and 13:00 the day our sofa was first due to arrive at the distribution centre and both calls they confirmed it's definitely arriving and delivery will go ahead, so we had our old sofa taken away. Then at 17:00 we were advised it didn't arrive and they don't know where it is or when it will arrive.
Then we got another date. Again reassured it will definitely arrive and delivery as planned on the day it was due i.to the distributioncentre. Guess what!? It didn't arrive. But all the company say is "were within our contract".
When speaking to a senior manager he advised me they haven't provided a confirmed delivery date yet so within the contract. Which is absolute lies. We have had 2 confirmed dates. So more lies and deceit.
This is a company who are happy to take your money then not deliver on the goods. The staff, including store managers and senior managers, will take no responsibility for the situation. Apparently not one person can identify where the sofa is as it's not their department and they can't contact that team.
We have now been without a sofa for 4 weeks due to this companies lies and inability to operate corrrectly.
Absolutely disgraceful service.
We've now also been told when it arroves to the DC on 8th July (how they can cofirm that is beyond me when they donteven know where it is!) It will take another 5 days to be delivered. Because we're not in the right location. Is that our fault!? We have been put into a situation we didn't ask to be put in and now have to wait because we don't live in a higher priority postcode.
When will we get our sofa? Will we ever get our sofa?

Staff so helpful and friendly, knowledgeable, patient,gave us plenty of time to think it over,no pressure

Guys were very polite & made sure everything was tidy

Being able to look around and try some sofas out without sales assistant being in our face. Allowing us time. Not being pushy with us like some places can be. Listened to us, very attentive, helpful when we had found sofas we liked. Went through everything with us. Explained about warranty and delivery service.

All in all a good experience.

Staff are very helpful in store but the quality of their products are terrible. Bought 2 couches and 7 months later the padding has collapsed and it’s like sitting on a metal frame. Just had their repair guy out who has ripped couch apart and put loads more padding in but hasn’t removed the faulty product and admitted the couch is faulty. We asked him regarding the lack of any comfort on the recliner for out feet and he said he was happy with padding when there isn’t any! Has the same comfort level as if you were to put a pile of bricks in front of you and rest your feet on them, should have gone Sofology

So 23 days after the reply from SCS saying they will follow up the technicians report on our faulty couch and advise us further and guess what? Yip, absolutely nothing from SCS, the ‘repair’ has now collapsed, customer service is a farce and there products are not fit for purpose.

We had looked in other stores in same shopping precinct. The week before and did not get peace to look at couches. When we went to SCS to look at Poltronessofa we were left to look for ourselves with Some help to purchase our new sofa at the end of day. . Pity delivery was haphazard time was out back 3 times then cancelled. And put back 5 days but we got a call it could delivered on the Day The guys who delivered sofa were first class neat. & Tidy done and dusted in 30 minutes saved the Day

On entering the store I was welcomed by a salesman and given his name and told to ask if we needed any assistance.

2 two seater reclining sofas delivered and assembled 4 reclining seats making noise delivery team said that the noise should go away in 2 or 3 days but if it did not to contact the shop and they would send someone out to fix it. Contacted the shop who said it was nothing to do with them and I will have to contact EMMIERA GROUP Did this and they said it will take 4 weeks for someone to come out and check the problem. None of this was informed to when we purchased the 2 two seater sofas. After sale service is very poor.

We were greeted when we entered by Pete (Abbotsinch store). Very knowledgeable and nothing seemed too much bother, a very pleasant experience, not pushy just efficient.

After a 3-monituj wait for my dream armachair, it was delivered defective. i exporcie to be contacted by customer Service- i am not hapy

Lovely suite! Delivery guys kept me informed on the day of delivery and were very pleasant and helpful while in the house.
