Awful service, avoid
Takes 8 days to ship order without letting the customer know prior to purchase that item is actually out of stock and is awaiting a delivery. Also charges nearly £6 for “express shipping”. When order does arrive, one item is the wrong size. Awful service, avoid.

Cherokee scrubs happy with company
Ordered three pairs of Cherokee scrubs with my name embroidered. They came relatively quickly and the scrubs are good quality. Embroidery on one of the scrub tops was faulty but I reached out to customer services and Gill immediately arranged for a replacement to be sent out. It is perfect so no complaints as I have been made right. Gill was very professional and apologised for the fault on behalf of the company.

Communication is poor
Communication is poor. I emailed them on 31st Jan abouty order that I received and still no response. I even returnedy good and requested a refund so I could repurchase in the next size up and again no acknowledgement or response. I sent my returns item 1st class recorded delivery signed for so have proof of its arrival and still no refund or response.

No sign of my scrubs...
I ordered scrubs 17 days ago and not dispatched, no updates on the order and no response to the email I sent. (Order 14577)
If they'd emailed to say there's a delay it would be fine, but instead they've taken my money and haven't communicated at all.
EDIT: The scrubs arrived on the 25th. 25 days after ordering them. They didn't reply to my email, and only sent communication 2 days after delivery after a Paypal dispute had been raised a week before.

Over 2 weeks with no delivery or communication
Over 2 weeks with no communication and no delivery.
It looks like other people have had the same experience too. Seems like these repeated generic positive reviews are an attempt by the company to cover up their recent performance.
I know covid has messed things up but at least tell people that their item won’t be shipped! This is workwear. I would rather be refunded and purchase somewhere else so I actually have the clothes I need to wear to work. I can’t afford to buy two separate (expensive!) outfits because one of them didn’t turn up.
I hope things work out for you as a company, I do, but please communicate better with your customers and be upfront about expected delays.

You are right that you should have had an email informing you of this which is our normal practice - we will certainly look into this. Poor customer service
Poor customer service. I was sent the wrong uniform and they are expecting me to pay for the postage again to have the new uniform sent out. Avoid avoid avoid!

Avoid at all cost
I have ordered a medical suit 3 weeks ago and they never sent it to me. So unprofessional and irresponsible company. I have sent many emails to them and they were lying about my order, they didn't even know when the providers will send them the suits. Also nowhere in the site is saying that half of the suits are out of stock and you have to wait weeks for the delivery.
I had to cancel my order and purchase the same suit from another site which has sent me the parcel the same day!! Avoid ordering from them at all cost!

Thank you for your comments - we find this very concerning as we would never intentionally mislead any customers. Some suppliers have struggled to deliver to us on time due to the sheer volume of orders during the pandemic. Due to shortages there have been some unfortunate delays with some brands which has been completely out of our control but we do apologise most sincerely if you were not kept aware of these delays.

“Scrubs UK” yeah sure! More like Scrubs middle man. All they do is take your money and then order the scrubs from China. Placed an order and 3 months later still awaiting for them to come from overseas. Emailed for updates and just been ignored!
Save yourself time and money and order else where or order directly from the supplier. Not from these! Jokers

This review is definitely about you! Now you may have recently changed suppliers as you’ve only just updated and changed your review today 17/08/21 so just like your poor customer service your honesty has just become a little shady too!

Scrubs Uk is a UK based company who supply major brands such as Cherokee (manufacturerd in the USA) Dickies (manufactured in the USA) Koi and Orange Standard (manufacturered in Ireland) and our own brand Scrubs Uk which is manufactured in Pakistan. We do not purchase any scrubs from China so not sure where this information has come from. Our average delivery time is 48hours but of course during the pandemic this has been longer due to manufacturers struggling to keep up with demand. We are extremely proud of our reputation and customer services so can only assume that you have left a review for the wrong company!
