I shop online with Scribbler. I shop in-store with Scribbler. I love Scribbler. Great company with so much more to offer than just funny cards. Fantastic range of gifts and unmatchable customer services- the store staff are always super friendly and helpful! Love it.

I've always really liked the funny cards at Scribbler so it's my go to for buying all of my cards for friends and family. For Mother's Day this year, I went on and noticed that they've added cool letterbox brownies so I ordered some of those too. They arrived super promptly as promised and the quality of the products was fab! My Mum loved them. I've ordered them for every big occasion since - highly recommend!

Ordered a card on the Monday, it’s now Saturday and it hasn’t arrived. I won’t be using this company again. Awful service

Avoid. Awful cards, bad customer service and they sing like canaries to the Authorities when asked

Purchased 2 items as a Christmas present for someone and they have not been received.

Tried to speak with scribbler about the issue but it’s obvious they couldn’t care less. It’s now 3 months later with no progress and I certainly haven’t offered a refund. I’m starting to wonder if this is a scam organisation.

3rd order in a row that they have missed. Christmas birthday and now valentines. They are just not worth the bother. Ordered on the 02/02/23 but still not printed. Useless

Went into the High Street Kensington Tube Arcade (Unit 11) branch on Saturday morning 11th Feb. The lady working there was fabulous - very friendly and helpful and generally a great service and experience. Thank you - cards are nice too!

Wish I had read these reviews first, after 2 weeks the birthday card still hasn't arrived. This was a standard stock card, A Moonpig customised card arrived a week ago and was the same price including delivery and ordered afterwards. Really disappointed.

Can't fault the website or online sales but the card itself is poor. It looks like someone with a printer has made it at home. The envelope is far too big for the card which only adds to the poor quality feel, not impressed.

Went into Hammersmith branch today picked 4 cards rang them up at the counter handed over a new scottish 20 pound note she refused we dont take scottish notes absolutly shocking i was discusted honestly i called my friend which she gets lots out of the shop back home shes now boycotting it shocking i couldnt believe honestly wont be back either

Ordered 4 cards, three of which I needed for the expected delivery date. They did indeed arrive on time...but without any envelopes. Contacted them through the website, received an automated reply saying they are 'working their behinds off' and to expect a response within 24 hours. When this didn't happen, I tried again, same message still no response. Today, 4 days late 4 envelopes arrived alone in an envelope. No acknowledgement, no apology. No good to me now, had to buy new cards. Utter rubbish, will not be using again.

I received a voucher in January 2022 and I was just told that its no longer valid (not even 6 months later). What a joke and waste of my time.

Regularly order cards from here and they always turn up on time. Recently ordered a bumper lot and only half turned up (the rest went walk about with the postie), and after emailing them, they sent out the replacements via first class post to ensure I didn't miss the dates for the intended recipients. Very swift and spoke to a human on email (no robot or standard responses).

Ordered a card 03/02/2022 ... Contacted them on the 14th Feb (Valentines card order). Got an Auto response, card shipped the same day that it was expected for. Wont be using this company again, just wish I could rate them 0 stars, pathetic customer service.

I shopped at Scribbler at Kensington High Street, and was pleasantly surprised about the excellent customer service I received from the manager Anastasisa, and Omneya, they immediately welcomed me with smile, and listened to my needs, I was really happy to shop there, and will return again, as while scratching the cards , I won a prize :-).
Thank you again, for the wonderful experience, and please keep up the good work.

Great service high quality cards will be a regular customer

Ordered a jellycat toy online, arrived damaged and had part of the fabric coming loose. Customer service was very quick and efficient at giving me a refund. Five stars for the person dealing with my complaint. A little disappointed that the item wasn't checked before posting and just thrown in the box, no packaging, and as this was supposed to be a gift I was unhappy that no replacement was offered.

Ordered Xmas cards on the 21st of December, paid extra for delivery to be between the 22/24th December. Still not arrived by the 04/01/22. Emailed them 3 times as I accidentally bought credit on there site. I have yet to receive a human response. Would not use again, not a cheap site and don’t seem to offer any form human interaction. Stick with Moonpig.
