I arrived here about an hour before they closed with a dead screen on a less-common and older model phone. Not only did they have a genuine screen in stock but they managed to fit-in my repair before closing, and I was also able to get them to install a genuine new battery for me at the same time, which was heavily-discounted due to doing more than one job at the same time.
Service was friendly and pricing was very transparent and reasonable.
Phone works great again so now I can leave this review.

I break my phone so often, I needed repairers that are quick, reliable and trustworthy.
They fixed my S23 ultra, they changed everything I asked for, they provided amazing discount and were able to change my back screen to its original colour since Samsung care + did me dirty more than once, they kept giving me phones that were not working properly. From now on, when I buy a new phone, I will not get the care +, it's a scam by the bastards, instead I will get a battery renewal from here. They are so quick, they were patient, they are so reliable and their communication skills was outstanding.
The only issue I had was there aren't many payment plans, but oh wells, it was worth it to get my baby back after 6 months with a small ugly backup phone.

Screen Fixed Brisbane helped to fix a complex issue when my iPad Pro screen became un-responsive. Very quick thorough and responsive customer service. The iPad was fixed quickly and returned by post. A separate issue occurred 3 months later and the team jumped into action and resolved the issue, once again without fuss. Quality workmanship and great customer service.

Really impressed by the ease and turnaround of getting my MacBook repaired and returned to me in Melbourne within a few days. Seamless process through AusPost. The techs at Screen Fixed were fast to respond to my queries and great at communicating when they received and returned my device. Highly recommend this service to others, and wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.

Very helpful and friendly, and did a great job fixing the screen on my ipad, and replacing the screen on my phone, which he did for free. Will definitely come back next time my daughter throws her or my ipad across the room one to many times!

I had a problem with the charging Port on my sons notebook, I contacted Screenfixed & spoke to Ben. I posted from Tasmania to Brisbane it was fixed & returned via express post within 36 hours. I've since had the same thing happen with my daughters, that too was fixed & is returning now. These guys do an amazing job & are very professional, a very good business to deal with. I highly recommend these guys for all device repairs, I wont hesitate to use them next time I have issues.

Had a phone screen repaired. Even though I had to wait for the screen to become available in stock I received regular communication and the phone was repaired quickly.

Ben has been keeping our Samsung devices operational with screen replacements and case covers. Our nursing home needed someone who could work around our infection control requirements and Ben happily works from his truck to get us working ASAP. We love them !

Excellent communication made my experience seamless. After searching everywhere to get my iWatch S2 38m battery replaced, Screen Fixed was the best price and the easiest process - even though located in another state. iWatch was returned quickly and safely and hopefully will continue to work for many more years to come. I dropped my phone badly which led to my Galaxy S20 to stop charging. Soegi had fixed the phone a couple of weeks ago so he didn't charge for to reattach the flex cable. Thank you!

Reached out several times starting 4 months ago and they originally said the part is out of stock so we will order it for you and let you know.

After several ignored emails and no response in their Immediate response chat service

I still don't even know if they have ordered the part or not and this part they need to order is listed on their website as something they have and will fix so its not like I'm making a custom request or anything.

Lack of comms and care.

Edit: My experience was with the store in Sydney NSW in OCT 2022, the tech linked my review to me and said he could help but since I gave him a negative review he no longer wants to do business and cancelled my order - fair enough: sounds like he has all the customers he needs and wants to reduce his work load

Screen Fixed replaced the battery and charging port on my Xperia. A day later, the phone no longer charged. I returned to get it fixed. When I left the shop front, it appeared to work but when I got home the mobile data did not work. Then, a day later the phone no longer charged.
I need a reliable phone and not having to continuously having to return because of dodgy repairs. I have done what I should have in the 1st place bought a new phone.
Not at all happy about the service. ☹️

Had my MacBook Pro LCD screen replaced here last week. Extremely happy with the service and end result. Hard to find good mobile phone and laptop repair shops in Sydney now days that take pride in delivering end to end quality work. You wouldn’t even know my screen was replaced. Friendly service, good quality parts, 2 year warranty and located in Sydney CBD.

Ben from Screen Fixed repaired my Pixel 5 screen today, have to say I’m very happy with the service and result. Really unbelievable that a screen can be fitted so quickly and the end result is like a brand new phone. I’m told that if there’s any issues with the screen it’s covered for 2 years!

Went into the store for repair as had water damage from my daughter throwing into pool. They told me that I needed $550 worth of parts including new screen and battery. After I said I wouldn't proceed I was then told on the spot I didn't need the other parts just the screen at $400. In mistrust now I decided to take it to another shop and all that was actually needed was a a $60 battery. Phone is working perfectly fine now. Hoping this review will help others to be wary of this business

Had my iPhone Fixed Where it was at the point that i thought it wasn't repairable. Fixed within an hour and had my phone looking like Brand Spanking New!
