We sadly lost our beautiful girl Skye last Tuesday, and Scrappy’s handled her cremation with such kindness and professionalism. From the moment we contacted them, they treated Skye with dignity and genuine care.
Nothing felt rushed or clinical — just gentle, respectful support at a time when our hearts were breaking.
We are so grateful for the way they looked after her and for the comfort they gave us during such a painful moment.

When our fur baby, Tallulah was taken so suddenly, Scrappy’s were really there for all of us.
The staff were sympathetic, friendly and caring throughout the whole process from our last goodbye, to ashes collection.
Total respect and dignity shown to Tallulah throughout and I can honestly say we would never use another pet crematorium again.

Thank you all so very much for the care and support you showed us.
You made such a painful process, a little less stressful.

We are incredibly grateful to Scrappies Pet Crematorium for their outstanding care and compassion at such a difficult time. They were kind, efficient, and truly empathetic, treating our beloved dog with dignity and respect throughout.

In December 2025, we lost our best furry friend Vinnie, my beautiful, crazy & mischievous Chihuahua.
Although aged 13years, it happened very suddenly and it was the worst experience, we made the decision to put him to rest.
Being so small seemed to make the decision of what to do afterwards harder, I didn't want him just to be left at the vets for collection, it seemed so impersonal.
I am so pleased I found Scrappy's. From my initial email enquiry, Paul was wonderful, sympathetic and extremely professional. He gave me all the options and I opted to bring Vinnie home from the vets so my other dogs could understand and say goodbye, and then Paul came to collect him. He stayed and chatted and is a genuinely warm and caring person.
Paul kept me updated on Vinnies final journey and he dropped the little ashes off to us, with a heartfelt card, in a beautiful scatter tube.
A caring and wonderful service, I could not recommend Scrappy's more, to anyone who loses their best furry friend, big or small.

Scrappy’s Team were fantastic from first contact. I had to make the devastating decision to let my gorgeous 15 year old spaniel Harley make the journey over the rainbow bridge.
They acted with compassion & dignity they collected my boy from the vet within an hour and kept me informed every step of his journey. Returning him to me within 24 hours along with a very touching card of condolence & sealed certificate. They made a very difficult day just a little bit easier and I would recommend them and definitely use the service again if the time came.

Exceptional service from start to finish. Paul was first class. Our 12 year old GSD (and best friend) Rosie left for a better place unexpectedly on Saturday 6th December mid afternoon. We didn't know where to turn. Paul opened up for us on the Sunday to allow us to take her in. The empathy and dignity shown was another level and bearing in mind I was a complete mess. I cant thank Paul (and his team) enough for their help at a difficult time. The memory box is beautifully presented. communication and ease of service cant be faulted. Thanks again Paul

We called Scappy’s after having to make the devastating decision to put our beloved Dachshund Buddy to sleep. From the first contact they were absolutely fantastic, compassionate and understanding and willing to answer a call or message any time of the day. Buddy was our first family dog so we were unsure of all of the processes. Paul and Lynsey were brilliant and looked after all of our needs from collecting Buddy, to preparing him for us to say our final goodbye. The cremation was carried out quickly and collection was the next day, so we could have our little man home. The memory box and extra keepsakes we requested were all done exactly as we asked. Exceptional service.

I want to extend my deepest gratitude to Scrappy’s Crematorium for their exceptional care and compassion during one of the most difficult times of my life. Losing my beloved Audrey was heartbreaking but the kindness and respect shown by Lynsey and Paul truly brought comfort and peace in the midst of grief.
From the first phone call, to the return of Audrey’s
ashes, every step was handled with such dignity, empathy and professionalism. They treated Audrey not just as a dog but as a cherished family member -
and that meant the world to me and my family.
The environment was calm and respectful and Lynsey and Paul took the time to explain the process gently, answer all my questions and allow me space to say goodbye. The attention to detail and the care taken in the presentation of the ashes and keepsakes was beautiful and thoughtful.
I felt Audrey was truly now at peace. I would highly recommend Scrappy’s Crematorium.

Would definitely recommend scrappy's. Amazing service run by lovely people who care and support you the best they can at such a difficult time. We had to make the heartbreaking decision to put our 7 year old beautiful pug Belle to rest on the 21/08/2025 after finding out she had mouth cancer 3 weeks before hand. She quickly went down hill so we had to put our needs aside and do what was best for her. Kim from paws at peace arranged everything with scrappys for us. Richard phoned and explained what would happen and on the day he came and picked Belle up from our home. He didnt rush us it was all done at our pace, he let us say our goodbyes and Let my beautiful girl go in her bed wrapped in her blanket. He text me when Belle had finished her final journey 🌈💔 and her beautiful casket with ashes and memory box including lots of paw prints and some fur was dropped back off to us 2 days later, absolutely beautiful along with Belles blanket to give to her doggie sister to try and give her some comfort with her big sister by her side. I cant thank you all enough and so glad we choose your service for Belles final journey ❤️

Saying goodbye to my cat Sam was one of the hardest moments of my life, but Paul at Scrappy’s collaborated with vet Kim from Pawsatpeace to make it as gentle and respectful as it could be. Paul even stayed open later for me so I could bring Sam, and showed such compassion and care throughout.
He later that day let me know Sam had completed his final journey, such a thoughtful gesture. It’s clear he doesn’t just run a service—he does truly meaningful, heartfelt work that makes an unbearable time a little more bearable for those of us grieving.

Lyndsey, Richard and the team at Scrappy's Pet Crematorium helped and supported us through a very difficult time, when we said our final goodbye's to our beautiful boy Kai. Kai was part of our family for 16 and a half years and was so loving and loyal. They were so caring, compassionate and empathetic, and when Richard came to collect Kai to take to The Farewell Room, he treated Kai with such care, dignity and grace, and gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye.
I can't thank everyone enough for making a very sad time a little easier for us to bear.

Scrappys helped us through this difficult time. From beginning to end they were kind and understood how difficult this was for us we now have Sonny home and we are forever grateful to them all

Our little fur baby died early hours this morning and I rang scrappys before 9am and told us to come strait over so caring and makes such a heartbreaking time more bearable. I wouldn't go anywhere else as they also looked after my other dog just over a year ago and opened up for us on a Sunday just so we could get her home. 100% recommend.

Im so pleased I found scrappys pet crematorium. They where so professional kind and considerate.

Great service from the first phone call to collecting my daughter's hamster (Fluffy). Everyone was very compassionate and kept us well informed. The range of products available was clearly explained, along with the prices, and there was no hard sell. The memory box and urn that my daughter chose were beautifully made and presented and make a perfect keepsake for her.

I had to make the extremely difficult decision to euthanise my little bunny Blue; he’d been my companion for over 10 years. I’d emailed Scrappy’s earlier in the month just to get an understanding of the procedures and things I needed to do or know. Paul replied with the most lovely email and I knew straight away that my little boy Blue would be in safe hands.
It has been a devastating time for me but made so much easier because of the care and compassion shown to me by the staff at Scrappy’s. I took Blue in this morning and was given time to say my goodbyes. Much to my relief, Paul informed me that I could collect Blue later today; which I have just done.
My boy is home and the memory box is beautiful.

Absolutely lovely people, careful, kind and considerate.. they go the extra mile for your little best friend, couldn't think of a better place to rest my beautiful girl.

Unfortunately had to put our beloved family dog Bandit down this week. We reached out to Scrappy’s Pet Crematorium on a bank holiday weekend to arrange cremation and a memory box. I spoke to Paul on the phone and he was so lovely and extremely companionate and supportive, and to my surprise was willing to open on the bank holiday to collect Bandit from the vets and cremate him and create the memory box for us. As he wanted to make sure we got Bandit home as quick as possible.

I spoke with Paul a few times over the phone during the process as well as via text and he was so very supportive the whole way though. I also asked if it would be possible to get extra paw prints and 3d imprints. Which they did for us no problem. We received Bandit back the day after he was put to sleep with all memory box items apart from the plaque which was posted to us as soon as it was ready.

As for the memory box I cannot complain about the quality. It is a beautifully crafted, built to last and a lovely tribute to Bandit. Would highly recommend Scrappy’s Pet Crematorium and are extremely thankful for Paul, Lyndsey, and the team for giving our dog Bandit a dignified, respectful, and amazing send off.

Just wanted to say from the bottom of our hearts that we can't appreciate more the service Scrappys Pet Crematorioum has offered our family at such a sad and distressing. Our beautiful cat Willow passed peacefully at home on late Good Friday evening. Contacting Scrappys by email about 3am Saturday morning I wasnt even sure they would be open over the holiday weekend. Paul was amazing and contacted Carol and organised collecting Willow on the Saturday of a bank holiday weekend, this wasn't expected at all but amazingly weve got him home today. Getting him back home the very next morning, Easter Sunday was above and beyond and has helped our family so much.

I can definitely recommend your caring and compassionate service to any family going through the loss of any pet big or small.

Scrappy was a stunner of a dog and what a memory you have made for him.
