Can't seem to be able to get a return arranged
The order was fine, goods arrived nice and quick. But I want to return one of the items, I followed the instructions and contacted them. It's now been a week and I still haven't heard anything back.
Edit after Scramble replied: no, Scramble has not been in touch with me, all I received is an automatic reply, and I chased with a second email and still heard nothing. It is ridiculous that it's now been 6 working days and they still haven't replied to my email, but they replied to this bad review within 1 working day. I still don't know how to process the return and don't even know what address to send it back to.

Never Received the Product
Unfortunately, I have to express my disappointment as I never received the product. Despite eagerly anticipating its arrival, days turned into weeks, weeks into months and there was no sign of the package.
Not only did I miss out on the product I was looking forward to, but I also wasted money, time and energy trying to track it down and resolve the issue. This entire ordeal has left me feeling frustrated and disillusioned with the shopping experience.
I understand that logistical issues can occur, but the complete absence of transparency and effort to rectify the situation is unacceptable. As a customer, I value reliability and honesty, neither of which I received in this transaction.
In conclusion, I would caution others against placing orders until they can demonstrate a commitment to fulfilling orders and addressing customer concerns promptly and effectively.

Hi Lucas, sorry that you feel frustrated. Our customer service team has done their best throughout the situation and tried to keep you informed. It's a sad reality that logistics between the UK and Colombia are not the best. Your words of caution are wise to anyone ordering from Colombia and other south American countries - the local courier services there are notoriously unreliable. Once again you have our customer service email if you'd like to discuss the resolution further.

Product is good customer care not good.
Product is good. Customer care service not the best. After ordering the product to the wrong address accidentally (my fault) I tried to get in touch to ammend this before it was sent out. There is no phone number. No live chat and the one method of contact (sending a message on the website) would not process.
