Police Scotland Omdömen 

A message was relayed to Police Scotland for a welfare check on our brother who's 75 years old & lives in a remote area alone. We live in East Sussex and had been trying to contact him unsuccessfully for 36 hours to give him some bad news about our sister. Thank you Police Scotland for checking on him. All was well but we are extremely grateful.

I have lived in Scotland for 9 years, I have had all the experiences a person could have and had in one of the most notorious city of UK. At first, it looked like the best country to be. Hands off, at first, I felt the financial independence and became a part of the community. It was great until I get to know people, culture and everything that ever happened in certain places. Police don't deal with complaints of bus drivers when they breach the "road traffic act laws" towards pedestrians by splashing them with a puddle of water even for the ones that would have done it only to be racist act. Second of all, due to the theft that happened in a club, I had a call from a private number and she claimed that she was the Police chief of Scotland. She said as the policing, they cannot spend 1600 pound of resources to find a single wallet of mine while those criminals just walked off which they had CCTV and footages of the criminals. Yet they let it slide and blamed me for having my wallet getting stolen.

When they need help, they ask for all the information needed but when you ask, they say it is classified and they can't do anything about it. The way she talked to me on that day, made me realize one thing about my decisions and that was it, I was in one of the most unlawful, corrupted country that I have ever been, I had no rights, only the ones who had money had more rights than I have had. That's what made me decide to make better life decisions.

Don't misunderstand me, they are the same even in Scandinavia where they take money from public taxes and have nothing to police about.

My advice is, live in any of the poshest cities in Scotland, England or Wales where you surrounded by decent people but don't you ever ever trust the police for the theft because they are crooks and there is no money to be made for them. Their CCTV officers only work on things to identify the attacks that caused by people, not for stopping them or preventing them.

For small crimes like loud music, shouting or fight ,they show up to stop except the theft.

(They are trying to protect the rich by screwing up the public)

Got a call from the resolution team, a woman who constantly talked over the top of me. I terminated the call and called to reschedule the call with an officer who knows how to talk. On hold while she reads stuff, then the call died. I'm not sure what to think. Tempted to just think they're too busy with hurty words and old ladies to deal with threats etc.

Police are helpful caring and supportive. Great job guys.

Like all the Police Forces of the UK. A total sham and costly shambles for the tax payer , they can find the man power to tumble down like a ton of bricks on anyone who says the wrong thing to the wrong people or triggers one of our nation of snitches and cry wolfers. in effect just there to keep people like Sturgeon and people like her above accountability and hold them to a lesser standard of civic behaviour then the plebs.
In practice every time I have sought help from them regarding anti social behviour from neighbours or being ripped off and threatened by foreign scammers the police call centre staffed by terrible nerks just make some excuse to keep munching tax funded donuts .
How the heck can this be considered a fit service the call centre is in the West Coast yet all Scottish citizens have to get through them to get help if you report an incident in Dundee they want you to draw them a map . As apparently getting a maps app up or basic knowledge outside of their west coast bubble is beyond them .
I think the Police are now redundant as a service and the military should take over. As that would be an improvement in these glorified groundsmen for the rich

The girl on 101 was quite a stupid person. Doesn't seem to bother her that my pal was battered with a machete pulled out in a flat. Nobody is going to ring you guys if you don't wish to respond or even want the location of the crime. Interceptors you are not!

Racist and inhumanely treated me. Pushed me and handcuffs me because I happened to be a black woman who knows her right.
The Lady police who acted so unprofessional who did not tell me her name, drag my steering wheel while my car was on gear, becasue I refused to give her my name and told her I wasn't under arrest and she can issue me a ticket if she wants when she asked me not to park where I was hesitated safely for a second for traffic to clear off so that I can move away, but she left the white lady that parked for hours she was about giving ticket the moment she sighted me and I saw her approaching then i waited out of respect for the law to find out if she needed anything from me.
But, After I explained to her that my sat nav got me there and I was waiting for oncoming traffic to clear it was an emergency hesitation to be able to move out safely due to oncoming traffic that I am not parking there but then she said oh you don't want to move and stood in front of my car! Then i got out to explained to her that I was driving away already, but she said no! * I am going to give you a ticket and I said okay, and went back to my car, but she simultaneously got to my driver side and kept dragging with me before she could even say if I was under arrest and I kept asking what's going on that I wasn't even parked until she stood in my front.
Then, she almost got me killed while she was dragging my steering even after I said to her to let me park the car safely as my hand break was not on because I was not parking there and to let me park so my car won't roll back when I step out.
I kept begging her to please don't kill me let me pull my hand brake and get out but she refused and handcuffed my right wrist.
Then, I managed to pull my brake to park safely and came out myself from my car, but she said too late and continue harassing me.

The lady police was supported by her colleagues who came and was trying to fall me down with his legs and I kept asking why? and i kept saying i wasn't resisting arrest despite that i didn't know my offence and pleaded not to fall me down. They handcuffed my both hands and when I was struggling to enter their van due to the handcuffs they pushed, beat and folded me like an animal without zero dignity in their van.

I pleaded for a drink of water because at the point my mouth was dry and felt fainty but they said NO.
I banged my head ehen they pushed me and i didn't even redist arrest at any point. I have a video my husband screen recorded when he called my sister that was with me, and I didn't realised my injuries until the next day that I woke up with pains in my shoulders, swollen wrists and ankles.

All these maltreatment due to parking issues which she could have just given me a ticket! She watch/ let others park and go at will on the same spot where i met her with other cars parked at that pelican crossing.
While she was busy beating me that didn't park there up at my steering wheel becasue she saw me in my car as an easy target.

Also, she and her colleagues beats me up and brutalised me, handcuffedme so tightly like a common criminal.

I know being a black woman is an endangered species without rights, But I have always abide by the rules and pay my taxes. Never had issues with anybody in my life, I am a law abiding citizen.

They left me traumatised before the lady police said she either give me ticket or arrest me and she feels like arresting me because I parked to speak to her as she stood in front of my car and told all the lies against me.
I have pictures of other people parking on same spot even behind my car while like 10 police officers where busy harassing me. I had been discriminated against, harassed and abused as an easy target due to my race, being subjected to mental and emotional distress.
I was subjected to unnecessary physical violence, being subjected to restraint and assault
The police officers misused their weapon (handcuffs), which was absolutely unnecessary for what they have just issue a ticket, which they don'tneed my name to give tickets.

Govern police Falsely detained for over 3 hours and only ket me go without taken me back to why my car was parked.

After being scammed out of a lot of money, I phoned the police to report it. Several months of chasing the police, I finally got an officer to take my statement. A month later, the officer called me to say there was nothing he could do and he was closing the case. He said he would send me a copy of the case file. After a multitude of emails and phone calls over several months, he never responded to a single one and never sent me the case file. I have come to the realisation he couldn't be bothered to look into my case and therefore just closed it. Is there no accountability or oversight in the Scottish Police Force?

Wat a joke the police are waiting 17 days to be contacted from them after getting a threat to my life with someone saying they are gonna put a bullet in my head.originally it took them 50 minutes to attend the incident and sent 2 normal police and I quote they said it was up for armed response to attend but because he wasn't at the door they decided not to send them. The police really need a kick up the arse they are lazy arrogant shits they don't care at all about helping people in need wat do they get paid for to sit and eat doughnuts.

Police Scotland are a total shamble, was advised to report an incident regarding intimidation and harrassment eventually got through only to be told that it was a civil case the intimidation and harrassment referred to was in connection with a 73 year old being harassed and in fear of their life and to have a police service turn around and say its a civil matter is beyond belief.
A complaints procedure has been applied for about 2 months ago and still no response received the Local authority keeps sending in reminders for none payment of council tax about 3wks after payment being paid and cleared by bank what the hell we are paying our taxes for

About time they start employing proper officers with knowledge had an incident where my parents are now dumped with someone who hasn't seen us in 20 years because someone else has power of attorney... disgusting service shame on yous

Near miss with car no MOT ,no road tax reported to police we will phone you with a update 2 weeks later still waiting then got told you were not driving your car which I was then got told they fcuked it up by putting the wrong name on file and will not discuss it with me total shambles police Scotland are

We had a horrible experience where my 6 year old daughter went missing for around 40min after a short walk with her grandmother.

First police officers were on scene within 5min and another 10 followed. Helicopter was on scene aswell as search dogs not long after.

Thankfully my daughter was found and completely unharmed.

I cannot thank the police officers enough for their incredible response time and efficientcy. We were absolutely blown away by the support we received from everyone involved.

Totally corrupt

Hi I was in a crash Thursday night at 2130 on whitletts road ayr ( girl jumped a light) the officers that turned up where absolutely brilliant, blond hair guy/ younger dark hair guy and another young guy called conner,conner even sorted out all my insurance details as I was in sever shock,thoes guys are a credit to your force, brilliant people, crime number was 3724 ,absolutely brilliant people and blond hair guy got my insurance details up as I didn't know them,made my life a whole lot easier ,young dark hair boy brilliant also, can't thank them enough, amen.

Fort William police station is corrupt as polyester and stole my camera and expect me to drive 180 miles to get it back just cos i have no fixed abode.. i wish them all the bad from this world for playing with me and making me stay longer to wait for my camera for 31 days in my car being attacked daily.. shame on you! I am not sorry for the truth!

Saltcoats police have to be the most corrupt tyrant gang I’ve seen if you watch the viral video online where officers arrest a guy simply for flying his drone in a place he’s fully legal to do yet they demand identification like it’s Nazi germany when he hasn’t committed a crime. Son arrested from my addres on my complaint. Officers on scene stated phone 101 for updates.

Called 101 nearly 2 hours after arrest....giving time for computer updates.

On phoning 101, as advised by responding officers, had to wait WELL OVER 26 minutes for the phone to be answered......Good job no-one died during that delay.....they have a previous unsatisfactory reputation which continues to persist!

Hey, remind me, police... police due to our (the publics) consent in the UK.
