Took uggs back to Westfield store today for refund due to not suitable for me. The young lady who served me was top of her game in customer service so friendly and helpful. Her name was Jolley thank you so much.

Ordered a pair of trainers which were meant to be a Christmas present on 11th December. It’s now 23rd December and the parcel is still with Evri and has been with them since 12 December. I’ve not got a chance of ever receiving these as Evri seem to lose every parcel that is supposed to come to me! I’ve tried contacting Schuh on several occasions but haven’t got a reply.
I will never use this company again, it’s disgusting that they use a company such as Evri in the first place, they are notoriously unreliable. And Schuh’s customer service is equally as rubbish.

Excellent customer service - last night I ordered some boots on-line. When I went to Apple Pay confirmation, it completed & added a random delivery address I had used years ago.. obviously I went into panic mode thinking I had just lost £155.. customer service was closed .. I cancelled by e-mail/what’s-app/Facebook messenger.. (obviously very stressed,as you can attain) .. They e-mailed me @ 08:12 to inform me it had been cancelled.. So very efficient, despite auto re-ply last night informing me of delays..😊Happy !!

If I could give negative stars I would. My order finally arrived - a week late with no tracking info and the box absolutely battered to oblivion. Shoes inside were worn with all the laces tugged out...not to mention the parcel itself was taped up with brown tape and some human hair as if I recieved someones returns?? Schuh obviously denies that the item left their warehouse in such a state and offered a partial discount. I would steer clear. I've never recieved an item in such a state... not even when Evri delivers and that says ALOT. Merry xmas to me and mine I guess.

I was the only customer in the store and despite walking past the three attendants who were deep in gossip non of them could be bothered to acknowledge my existence or offer any assistance.

When I left I pointed this out and they all stared blankly at me.

I’ll now be purchasing some boots from your competitor.

Rubbish shoes ever I bought 3 shoes for my kids school and all broken completely within one month very much disappointed from this company

Went to Rushton lakes to return some shoe previous to that I had rang head office who were completely useless and then went into the store and spoke to a manager called Connor he was absolutely amazing empathetic understanding and was really honest about the product that I was bringing back,retail had more people like him we would all have amazing Service , thank you for making that experience so much better than I thought it would Be.

I just had the most terrible experience to the Schuh Bath.If I could I would give zero stars.I bought one pair of sandals and one pair of converse for my 5 years old daughter, she tried them on both, I paid and she decided to wear the sandals but unfortunately by the door of the store she said she doesn't feel comfortable and she doesn't want them anymore this is why I got them back to one of the ladies working there,I explained her all the situation but she told me she can not take them back because my daughter had them outside, I insisted and I said again that the little dust is from their store's floor, she didn't reach outside it is normal when someone tries shoe ,the store was busy as well. The lady called a supervisor, I think ,who told me straight away the same thing without even trying to help me,she got me mad with her I don't care attitude. My question is : all the pairs of shoes tried on in the store can not be sold?
All the stores from this world are having a return or exchange policy this one not,just a terrible customer service, careless for the people spending money in their store.
For who decides to buy shoes from them you better thing lots of times or give up.

3 items ordered to be delivered to asda. 1 purchase confirmation recd, 1 order processing email recd, 1 you can return if you don't like email recd, 3 order recd at asda emails, 1 on one day, 2 the next day.
Fast forward to the returns. Don't even get me started on that process. When returning more than 1 item from the same order it would be really really good if you could tell which label is for which product. And it would be really good if schuh acknowledged that you have requested a return. But no nothing whatsoever, not even showing on the original order that a request to return the items had been raised.
Did receive emails from asda to you though so at least I know they have processed the return and the items are on their way back to schuh.
Will never use this service again it was a horrendous experience. And to return items for free your forced into becoming a member or pay £2.50 now is that per item or per order? I havent a clue .
They do let you know they don't show all feedback before you submit hence the coy and paste to trust pilot because I'm 99% you won't see this review in the feedback section on the schuh website. Just another reason not to use there service again.

I can’t fault sch and their customer service. They were really good at handing my item which was incorrect, send a replacement straight away( next day delivery) however the delivery company lost my parcel.
Furthermore, the refund was processed Fast and I’ve also got a discount for when I order again.

Don’t bother trying to get shoes delivered. Every time I’ve tried to order a pair of shoes I’ve been let down. Schuh refuse to take any accountability nor do their delivery partner UPS. The most recent issue was when a pair of shoes was randomly left at a drop off point without informing me that they were left there. I was in the entire day and never received a card or any attempt to deliver. It was only through tracking my parcel that I found out where it had been left. No accountability was taken, massive disappointment!

Poor service received in Schuh Southampton.
Girl who served us looked like she didn't want to be there, not engaging, made us feel like we were being demanding when asking for different sizes, poor body language.
Actually went to the Dr Marten's store and purchased two pairs of sandals with them, service fabulous, Schuh come on!

I've bought several pairs of trainers from Schuh in store, so wasn't expecting any problems buying a pair of well-reviewed Nike trainers from their online store.

Unfortunately the manufacture quality of the shoes is far below previous Nikes. No problem, but had the reviews told me that I would have avoided them.

I left a review on Schuh's site detailing the problems (as a verified purchaser and not a rude review), which has not been shown. I wonder how many other honest reviews are hidden? Buyer beware!

Shocking service. They promote themself through Top Cash Back then they decline your cash back. Won't ever use then again. Rogues

I visited the Reading store today. I was served by Ryan who was friendly, chatty and helpful. I felt very comfortable and was able to purchase a pair of trainers I wanted. I really enjoyed my shopping experience with Schuh. The store is nice and bright and modern. Ryan really took the time to engage with me as a customer which I greatly appreciated. I will definitely visit the store again.

Paid for next day delivery twice and I didn’t even receive them next day!

Lots of negative reviews about Schuh but they were the only company that had the Converse trainers I wanted to buy for a present for my niece so, thought I'd take a chance. Great website, easy to navigate. Excellent price. Ordered the shoes at 4pm with next day delivery - my parcel arrived at 12 noon the following day. Can't fault them - good communication from Schuh and Hermes - excellent service

Crap!!! Paid extra for next day delivery and driver didn’t even try to deliver even though I was at home, no card left which proves he/she didn’t even try. Won’t order from schuh again.

Awful service. Item not arrived chased umpteen times every time told to wait longer and despite promising delivery when I query it they say there's no history of me chasing. If it ever does arrive it's going straight back
Several emails saying it's out for delivery from ups who are dire too.
It never actually arrives though.

I had excellent service from Vanessa who was quick to notice that I may need help and did everything she could to enable me to buy the particular style and brand of shoe I had been looking for.
I will definitely buy from Schuh again,friendly helpful service
