Schlesinger Group Omdömen 31

The Schlessinger Group, now known as Sago (in my opinion, the name was changed so that new patrons and panel numbers won't see the blatant thievery of this entity) must be avoided. I served as an interviewee for one of its surveys, which promised $275 as compensation. It took three hours of my time and an intrusion on my home. I was never paid. It is simply not possible to contact them by any means to complain. A number of friends had experiences. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I recently completed a survey for Sago and was paid promptly the £45 agreed for doing it as it seems Sago is a UK trading name for Schleisinger Group. I understand some Americans have had trouble with them, I can't attest to customer service because I had no problem with which to contact them about. For what it is worth the payout time was about on par the average of other companies I've worked with in the past and the screener questions that I'm asked in order to apply are probably shorter and simpler than some other companies.

I COMPLETED A 90 MINUTE FOCUS GROUP ON FEBRUARY 27TH. AS OF TODAY APRIL 17TH I STILL HAVE NOT BEEN PAID THE $175. THEY RESPOND TO EMAILS WITH AN AUTO REPLY ABOUT HIGH VOLUME OF REQUESTS AND DO NOT RESPOND TO PHONE CALLS. THIS IS A SCAM DO NOT WORK FOR THEM YOU WONT GET PAID. CHECK THE BBB COMPLAINTS ON THIS COMPANY ITS ALL THE SAME THING, THEY DON'T PAY.

Keiner Zahlungstermin wird eingehalten. Auf Mails wird nicht reagiert.

Zwei Zahlungstermine wurden nicht eingehalten. Warte seit über einem Monat auf das Geld. Anrufe und Mails (je 4 Stück) werden ignoriert.

They’ll allow you to complete as many studies as you want especially remotely but when you’re done you have to wait 4-6 weeks for a payment . Well I completed two studies for them 7 weeks ago and i still don’t have either payment . They don’t reply to emails or phone calls . I just want the $275 that y’all owe me and for waiting I should receive $375 just because of all the lies and fraudulent stuff they do if they have a office in Baltimore why couldn’t I have picked my incentive up I’ll tell you why because there is no incentive so I’m just writing in to let everyone know beware of this fraud company

SCHLESINGER FRAUD ALERT:
I was scheduled to go to NY and as many people know, parking SUCKS in NY. So after driving around to find the cheapest parking garage, then having to walk to the focus group, just to find out that the researches cancelled because they had to catch a flight. 😡 Pissed was an understatement however the rep assured me that they would compensate me for my travel and time. THAT WAS THE FIRST WEEK IN OCTOBER. WE ARE 3 MOS LATER AND NO COMPENSATION. DEBORAH EMAILED ME ON DEC 1 SAYING IT WILL TAKE APPROXIMATELY 2-3 WEEKS BEFORE I RECEIVE IT. WELL IT IS NOW JAN 18 AND STILL NO COMPENSATION. I AM CONVINCE THAT FOCUS GROUP BY SCHLESINGER IS A SCAM!!!!

So I had a subscription to the 20/20 board. It kept freezing, I contacted support who told me to use Chrome. I tried chrome, same issue. Eventually it worked a bit, but I had constant delays with my project because of the bugs in the software.

The focus group was easy and good incentive program but they lack good customer relationship skills. I have been trying to message them about my recent incentive which was meant to be paid which hasn't delivered a week now. This is my first time with them and they say first impression really matters. They should be able to respond to customer mail about any issues.

I have been with them for four years but just now started to get some surveys. Once you get one you will start to get more is what I have found. You do get paid in either an amazon gift card or a regular gift card, so that's good.
