Fabulous product
I am really pleased with the service. The journey water urn arrived very promptly. It was well packaged and beautifully wrapped. We bought it to take my parents' ashes, my dad having died 6 years ago and my mum on 8th May this year. They wanted to be together and the companion journey water urn enabled us to fulfil their wishes. We have just taken them to Lake Coniston for a final journey together as they loved the Lake District and wanted their ashes to be scattered there. The journey water urn stayed on the surface for a few moments and then sank into the lake leaving my rose petals on the surface while we had a few moments of reflection.
The Coniston launch staff were excellent, really supportive and looked after us brilliantly. I can wholeheartedly recommend both Scattering Ashes and the Coniston launch.

What a wonderful company to deal with. My husband passed away recently and I spoke with the lovely people at Scattering Ashes as I wanted two Pandora style beads for my self and my daughter. They are truly beautiful and I feel my hubby is with me every day. The company keep you informed every step of the way and treat your loved ones ashes with care returning any unused in a lovely pouch along with the charm and certificate of authenticity .
I have also ordered a Companion Petal for his ashes and am very excited to see that once it has been made. I would most certainly recommend Scattering Ashes.
Customer service is second to none.

A great company
This is a great company for non-traditional types of good-byes. The website gives wonderful advice on what you can do, in terms of legalities, which is incredibly useful if you’re considering water dispersal. They can also sort out fireworks which is fantastic. In fact this was my second buy from them, but first direct buy. The first was their smallest water “pillow” box via Amazon to make a more symbolic gesture of “returning” my loved ones to the river of the place of their birth. It was perfect. The companion size is a great idea especially if you’ve just been unsure what to do exactly with parents who passed away separately. It is a comfort knowing that their remains can be together and can be dispersed together. For the whole upgrade pack, it was lovely that messages can be included on water soluble paper. The petals and floating candles make even the smallest gathering special. Thanks Scattering Ashes.

Good choice of urns
Good choice of urns, we chose the companion water one, so pleased with it, we had it engraved too, very happy with the pillow, have yet to place in the sea.
All done very quickly plus good correspondence. Will use again as there are glass robins which we can add the ashes to.

Bluebells scatter tube
I came across this wonderful website when looking for a beautiful scatter tube for my beautiful mum who passed recently. I immediately saw the bluebells and took it as a sign to buy. My mum loved bluebells. This is a reasonably priced shop and I will be recommending it to people. It also arrived in great condition and arrived quickly too. Thank you so much.

Perfect send off
Firstly, a great company. The urn arrived really quickly which was a relief. The Journey Water Urn was perfect for our send off. Myself and my children accompanied my husband’s ashes to Malta where we had a quiet moment to ourselves and set the ‘pillow’ into the water with some flowers. It stayed on the surface just long enough for us all to reflect before slowly sinking to the bottom of the inlet (around 8 minutes). It was a beautiful moment and I would recommend the scattering-ashes Journey Urn to anybody wanting to have a water scatter.

Beautiful product
This product is exactly what I was looking for. It was elegantly packed with clear instructions - the hand made paper and colour was perfect. I can’t think of a better way to send our Mum on her way. We covered it in Roses and placed it at high tide in the river. It took about 30 seconds to disappear but it gave us the sort of closure that our Mum would have appreciated. Great product and great service, thank you.

Great easy experience during an emotional time.

Beautiful memorial glass birds - highly recommend
I ordered two memorial glass birds containing ashes. I was kept updated and informed throughout, which included an acknowledgment of when the ashes had been received, which was comforting.
I received my order earlier than the quoted timescales and both the memorial glass birds are beautiful. I can’t fault the process, it was simple, thoughtful and stress free. I’m so pleased with the end result. I would definitely recommend. Thank you!
