Debs from customer service is an absolute lovely human & absolute superstar! She went out of her way to help me find the right fit leggings after the ones I’d ordered turned out to be too large for me. I was nervous of spending more on postage as I wasn’t convinced the smaller size would fit well either but she sent me a free link so that I could try, as with her great knowledge of the product she had a good hunch!
Low & behold she was right! They were perfect & I now own my first pair of S&D active leggings, which I love. All thanks to Debs being so bloomin’ fabulous & kind. Thank you so much! 🌟 💖 🌟

The order arrived quickly and the clothes are great quality, something that is becoming increasingly rare i have found with other companies. The cuffs on the joggers can be worn all the way down, making them perfect for those of us with long legs.

I had a little issue with the returns and contacted the company. I had a very quick reply and they were so helpful. Will most definitely be ordering from them again. I can't recommend their products enough!

I love Scamp and Dude but unfortunately their delivery service (Evri) really really lets down their customer experience. I've now had two S&D parcels not delivered (despite Evri saying they were). Until S&D change their delivery service I won't be buying from them online. I live too far away from the physical shops. The one good thing is that S&D's customer service team are brilliant and refunded me immediately as the products I ordered were then out of stock.

We all know we need to look good for a wedding 💒 (for my step-daughters wedding no less!!) so a massive thank you to Amy who managed to track down my stunning dress 👗 from the Marlow branch and got it delivered in the nick of time! 😅

In a sea of bots and woeful substandard 'service' to get prompt emails from a human including real time information and tracking links was a JOY!! 👏🏻 🏆

Great experience from the team in the Marlow shop on Sunday. They were so kind and took there time to help me find the right style and size. I really appreciated how much time they took.

Poor experience all round for a “premium” brand!
Purchased expensive dress at a pop-up shop, drove 45 mins back to store to return after trying it on at home to be told they don’t refund. Was told by HQ there are signs (with a photo of said signs) & that store operatives mention it at POS; they 100% didn’t mention as I would not have proceeded!

I also placed an order on the website for £395+ on 18/07. As of 04/08, no order has arrived, no emails or tracking updates received. I had to chase it myself & was then told it’s being returned to S&D due to weight of order! I can’t imagine x7 items weigh that much. Overall a very poor customer experience & I certainly won’t be using them again. A refund was processed but they really didn’t seem that bothered which is not what I would expect of a company charging the prices they do.

Beautiful, bright and comfortable clothing that always fits perfectly. Excellent customer service. When the trim on my new swimsuit had frayed, Scamp and Dude responded so quickly and replaced it on the same day.

Excellent customer service, I sent back 2 items for exchange and I didn’t follow the process quite right, I contacted customer service who quickly responded and they found my items.
when I explained about ideally needing them back for a certain date for my holiday they went above and beyond to sort this out for me.
You are dealing with people not robots.

I'm a huge fan of Scamp & Dude - have been since shortly after they launched. I own handbags, dresses, jumpers, t-shirts, scarves - a huge percentage of my wardrobe is S&D. Their designs are gorgeous, definitely eye catching, and it's great to see such a bold brand out there, doing good things.

Unfortunately, this is where the praise ends for me - Scamp and Dudes biggest let down by far is the quality. All of those items I've mentioned above - few of them either arrived without a fault, or developed one shortly after wearing it.

The jumpers - bobbled after just one wash. The £110 dresses, seams coming undone/ripping (size wise, they're all perfect, if a bit big), the £140 bag, worn away in certain parts after very little use. The £40 scarf? Small holes developing already. I look after these items very well, just due to the price, but none of them seem to last.

Customer service is very good, but S&D is not a cheap brand,. In fact, the RRP of their dresses has almost doubled since I first discovered the brand. £129 for a viscose/polyester dress is a lot of money, regardless of how amazing the design is. They really need to work on their quality control and their garment quality in order to charge these prices. Even a lot of people giving S&D a 5 star rating are referring to faults/issues. It just isn't acceptable.

So yes, wonderful designs, fantastic ethos, but terrible quality items. If you're happy to take the risk, or fortunate enough to receive a garment without faults, this is a great brand that you'll genuinely enjoy wearing.

I ordered a coat for my wife's birthday but there was a small problem with the top popper.
Debs in customer service provided excellent customer service as a replacement was sent free of charge as soon as I advised them of a default.

Ordered a dress as a treat to myself (£50 in sale which is not cheap) and was super excited for it to come based on the pics. Less excited when it arrived and it was pretty much see through, Shein level quality. For the price point you’d expect better. Paying £4 for the pleasure of returning such a thin, poor quality dress is insulting to be honest. Won’t use them again.

Even though the Khaki Utility Jacket I ordered arrived with one of the pink studs missing, the issue was resolved quickly and efficiently. As soon as I sent proof of postage for the return, a replacement jacket was dispatched without delay. Top-class customer service – highly recommended!

Ordered a dress as the bright prints caught my eye. Was disappointed in the quality given the price point so I returned. The returns process is ridiculously slow (and expensive). Won't be buying anything else I'm afriad.

Edit following response: 3-5 days from receipt but they must send a snail to collect it from the inpost locker as that is the part that takes ages!!

I have ordered recently from this brand, having never heard of it previously, until I saw some adverts on social media. As I am now getting targeted by brands that "suit my age range" better, I guess (along with a couple of other unheard of brands to me). I guess the algorithms for my age range is working....anyway...

I saw a couple of pieces that were nice and saw the materials used was good quality so I took a chance and ordered a hoodie, along with the matching sweat pants and a fabulous dress. All of which is with their signature leopard print...and this is someone having bo leopard print to three new pieces of clothing, all leopard print!!

I do think their items are expensive in my opinion, but this is most probably due to the brand being an unknown to me. I have seen some ladies in my age bracket wear Scamp now that I own some, as I recognise the little lightening bolt on their clothing.

Overall, for an unheard of brand to me, it is very expensive. The clothes do seem of good quality too, and I would purchase from here again.

Whilst it did pain me to pay so much, I am really hoping it will last me a few years.

The order arrived quickly and no issues so far. But one comment is the sweatpants...are you supposed to wear it low or pull them because they do give the feel and illusion of camel toe! Which is the last thing you want when you pay a lot of money for a pair of pants!

The leopard dress is lovely too but probably won't wear it anytime soon until a holiday and by that time it would of probably of gone down in the sale! But I bought it just on the off chance, its not around to go into sale or they discontinued it (which is doubtful on the latter)!

Ordered two dresses last week but sadly they were too long for me, really disappointed but pleased with the quality and style of the dresses.
Returned last Friday and already had notification of my refund. Excellent service indeed.
