Scammers and they provide low quality ad accounts, I topped up 1400$ and when I asked to withdraw the remaining 330$ they told me the refund will be processed in 3 to 5 days and then they completely ghosted me. I do not recommend. They're scammers and I have all the necessary proofs.
Support has not responded for 4 months now. Their business manager restricted their business manager, and it's not even my fault. Additionally, I still haven't received a new ad account, and the money I topped up is now gone
I had a highly disappointing experience working with Scalmedia, largely due to the unprofessional conduct of their manager, Sarah Damian. She was extremely unresponsive, often taking over 24 hours to reply to my urgent messages, and seemed to work on her own schedule rather than during regular business hours. This lack of communication and poor time management caused serious delays in my business, to the point where my operations were completely halted. would not recommend working with Scalmedia if this is the standard of management they allow.

I signed up with ScalMedia expecting unlimited agency ad accounts as they advertised. Instead, I received only one account. Furthermore, I cannot access the Facebook Pixel, which is essential for tracking my ad performance. Despite multiple attempts to contact their support team, they have not responded to my emails.
Their promises are misleading, and their customer service is non-existent. I strongly advise against using ScalMedia. They are not trustworthy and fail to deliver on their commitments.

was met with silence. There was no response to my inquiries, indicating a complete lack of customer support or regard for consumer satisfaction. It became increasingly evident that scalmedia.com had no intention of honoring their supposed commitment to customer service. Their practices are deceptive, their products subpar, and their customer service nonexistent.
