I have used savvy for a number of years and always been impressed with its ease of use and how streamlined it is.
It is constantly being made better and more agile as a system. Definitively one of the best business decisions I've made switching from my paper diary to this one.

Savvy is the most brilliant system which helps me run my business and organise my hectic life! The team are always there to help and have very quick response rates.

We switched to Savvy after having a very bad experience with another software provider. We had to turnaround pretty quickly, but thanks to Savvy's ease of use, the support during our initial setting up phase, and the excellent ongoing support offered now, we wouldn't go anywhere else. Savvy Pet Spa is the best system Ive used for my grooming business. Having everything in the one place including all my contracts is amazing. The confirmation and reminder messages is a massive time saver as well as setting reoccurring apps so I don’t have to worry about forgetting to put apps into my diary. I highly recommend Savvy for any dog groomers out there looking for an easy to use system.

We've used Savvy since we first opened and although it's had slight rough patches as its gone along its not let us down so far and the issues are now few and far between.

Fab little booking system, so easy to use

The best online booking system we have used.
It has everything our dog grooming business needs to help make running the day to day appointments etc a breeze. The reminder txts are fab and since having them we rarely ever have no shows now which is important so we can continue to operate as a groomers and do what we love most. Our customers always say how helpful it is that they automatically come through on the days and times set up by us.
It's super easy to write up notes of your grooms on each dog, take payments etc etc etc.
Nothing is ever to much trouble for the team at SAVVY, they go above and beyond to help and/or resolve a query you may have, (and i've had many), and it's always a quick response via their team on facebook or on the savvy system chat.
I honestly don't know what i'd do without savvy now and will always use them until the day i stop grooming!
You get everything you need in specific savvy price packages. It is worth EVERY penny and if you haven't had the chance to try savvy then this is your sign!
You won't be disappointed :)

Brilliant app it’s completely transformed my business! I now have more time on my hands as it sends emails and messages for me, makes bookings easier… just a great user friendly application.

so far I am liking savvy pet spa it has so many benefits and the customer service is impeccable. I do wish they had a better mobile app though.

This is a great all round software package for a grooming salon or sole trader with loads of features, once set up you’ll be wondering why you didn’t do it earlier. Customer service is also second-to-none.

I really can’t think of another company that has provided me with a better customer service experience than the Savvy team. Absolute first class service, support and welcome to their booking system since joining. Nothing is too much trouble, no questions are deemed silly, always on hand to answer questions and there’s lots of useful information regarding setting up on their platform. Not to mention the kindness given from every team member who has managed my queries. I really can’t thank them enough for helping to break down the barriers to move my new business forward. Can not recommend this software enough, it has made my life so much easier. Leaving me to focus on the clients and dogs, the team are easy accessible if you need help. They are quick to respond and resolve any issues, they have been a massive help to me starting anew business, the web calls that you can schedule are amazing help as well.
