Bought a bikini for a trip away, took 7 days to process and dispatch my order which is due to be delivered whilst I’m away. Very long delivery process, although I’m local and close to head office. Best to order well in advance to avoid disappointment.

Handsdown the BEST customer service I have ever encountered! Just wow! I had a horrible experience recently with the brand Ganstachic from monaco and I'm ordering from the US. after my experience with that company I kind of gave up with ordering outside the US and this company Saskia collection just blew me away I can't believe how quickly they responded and answered all my questions not only did they answer my questions they sent me an actual link to track my items so easily with my order tracking number and everything I ordered with pictures I am just blown away with how amazing my experience was online with just a little bubble that appeared I was going to write them a message asking them about my order and I expected OK they're gonna get back to me in like 48 hours literally a little bubble popped up and said chat now and I asked him the question and it was answered right away I am blown away with how quickly they answered everything so perfectly and friendly I am obsessed now I wanna order everything from them A+ +100% so impressed absolutely in love with their products and customer service I'm seriously blown away thank you so much for being the best customer service I've ever experienced online shopping !!! This clothing is very overpriced. Your also paying duty fees if you get it anywhere other than Australia. If you have any cellulite or skin imperfections they show through. The material is very thin! I like the cut off jumper but the pants are all see through and it makes me insecure.

Saski active wear is truely made of the best quality material, everything fits perfectly feeling super snug and supportive. A nice thickness too with not showing every lump and bump. I always feel amazing and confident in Saski! 😻

Saski Collection’s customer service is phenomenal. I needed help tracking/finding my return and exchange and Bailee made sure that we would find it! She shipped out my exchange the next day! Overall, she was the absolute sweetest and super helpful!!

Recently received some pieces from the new collegiate collection and can say it is worth every cent! The quality is so amazing. The material feels so soft yet supportive. The customer service is also amazing and couldn’t believe how quick I received my order. 10/10 experience with Saski! Will be spending more money on this brand because it’s worth it!

I recently purchased some active pieces from the originals collection and the ribbed collection and can I just say it’s the best active wear I own! It’s such nice quality, feels amazing on and is super flattering as well. Absolutely love it it’s a big yes from me xxx

A pair of shorts I bought during a sale were oversold and I was contacted within a day and informed of this minor inconvenience and allowed to pick anything else off the website at no additional cost. As well as this, on the rare occasion where I have experienced a minor issue, Bailee has been quick to reply to my emails and is always so helpful and kind. The customer service from Saski is amazing and I have never experienced this type of service from another brand. Will definitely continue purchasing from them!

The pieces from Saski clothing are all very cute and flattering, but even after 2 wears my grey ribbed leggings were already pilling on the bum. Sure they weren't wildly expensive, but I would have expected that they would hold up better than 2 wears. They are still cute and I will wear them, I am just disappointed because they were so beautiful when they arrived. I would give quality about 3 stars because I do like the matching bra and long sleeve very much and they are holding up as expected (long sleeve has a couple threads after wash, but nothing horrible).

Unfortunately, the sizing is not consistent between collections. I was a perfect XS in the ribbed collection, but the XS originals tank was stretched so thin it was see-through. For reference I am 5'3, 115-120 lb and a 32D bra.

As for Saski customer service, they are very kind and helpful. Due to covid, I had to pay $72 for returns shipping which was absolutely ridiculous. I got in touch with Bailee at customer service and she happily refunded me this cost. I am very appreciative of the generosity and understanding of Saski clothing. I would give customer service 5 stars!

Overall, I would shop at Saski clothing again. However I would avoid returning any pieces just because it was a hassle paying for shipping and getting in touch with customer service.
