Top Quality, a Little Pricey
The bechamel sauce us what keeps me coming back, it means a delicious lasagne is always quick and easy. I am always tempted by lots of other yummy things - the lemon panettone was extraordinary! Although I'm sure everything is good value (excellent quality), I would buy more, more often, if the prices were a little closer to supermarket prices.

Food quality was bad. However I can deal with that and dispose of the product, what I can’t deal with is the really bad way in which they have dealt with me as a customer.
The quality of their food has gone downhill.
I was told my feedback was vague but there are only so many ways one can explain the taste, visual appearance and quality of a product.
I was also sent this ‘ I am very sorry you feel this way about our products, you are more than welcome to discard them and purchase them from your other outstanding suppliers.’
So my suggestion to anyone out there, is to buy from other suppliers or even better fly to Sicily yourself. EasyJet do cheap flights and the products are a fraction of the price.
Bad service, poor quality products!

In the name of full transparency, we cannot offer refunds on complaints such as the product is 'disgusting'.
We issue refunds based on informative feedback that helps us identify any food safety and food quality issues there may have been down the supply chain. We take this type of complaint very seriously.
With regards to the customer service concern, we always aim to help everyone and try to mediate all customer complaints to the best of our ability.
Unfortunately, the information you provided us with, such as:
'The tomatoes and black olives in separate pots are disgusting.
We used to order from Sappori and they were wonderful. You use the same name your food is awful.' & 'If you are Italian eat your olives and tomatoes and tell me this is like what you find in Italy.' is not helpful.
Your response to our attempt to get to the bottom of the issue: 'Well I don’t know one Italian who would eat your sh*tty products. You, your family all must have really bad taste like yourself. From Sicily, wow …
Culture doesn’t make you an expert, sorry to say.
Keep selling your products which taste disguising look disguising are disguising, no flavour, soaked to poor quality oil, poor quality products. Dull, black dirty looking. Are there enough adjectives there for you? I hope it doesn’t sound too vague now.
I will be sure to leave you some great feedback and will spread your good name.'
