Amazing experience dealing with Jon Todd. Asset to the watch community

I’m an avid buyer of fine watches and due to the fact that, quite frankly, I buy too many I frequently shop online with trusted sellers to mitigate the financial drain :-) Recently, I discovered Sant Blanc. I saw that the owner is a watchmaker with experience at Rolex Service Center in Dallas and one that has been selling Rolex for decades. With that knowledge, and after speaking with John, I felt comfortable ordering a Rolex 16570. The watch I received was in good condition but I was (probably unrealistically) expecting one in “like new” condition. Also, I had second thoughts about the white dial. I communicated with John and he replaced mine with a black dial variant that exceeded my expectations. I’m usually too busy to write reviews but the manner by which John bent over backwards to accommodate me and make me feel like his only customer, which I know is far from the truth as I’m aware Sant Blanc is a prominent online seller of Rolex watches, compelled me to share my truly extraordinary experience.

I just received my Rolex Sub w/Date from Sant Blanc. I can’t be more pleased and delighted about the condition of the watch and the entire process. Here I was looking for a new condition Sub with Date for the last year. Finally I find it at Sant Blanc. I called and talked to Jon. Truly an amazing and helpful in every way. The deal was better than anywhere else local or online. I jumped on it based on his words. In fact I wired the money on Thursday afternoon. Jon was able to get the watch shipped on Friday for Sat delivery. I guess he knew how excited I was to get it! It arrived and it was absolutely perfect!!!! He followed up again with me to make sure it was exactly as I expected and it arrived on time. It was better than that! For all its worth, it was the best experience I had buying higher cost items online. Thank you Sant Blanc and thank you Jon!

I have owned many Rolex timepieces, and even sold them for a retail jeweler for awhile. So I heard and had to tell all the "horror stories" of not buying from an AD. So, when it came time for me to purchase online needless to say I did my homework. That being said, I could not have asked for better service, an openess to answering all my questions and reassurance, than dealing with John Todd and Jacob at Sant Blanc. Might I say that this establishment is first rate indeed. Recently, I came across Sant Blanc on You Tube and saw the film of the Rolex 18956 BRIL and I noted this to be the most expensive Rolex in production as of now. This led me to the Sant Blanc site. The owner was knowledgeable and the Rolex was authenticated by a Rolex office in California (since I am located in asia) to provide a safeguard for myself. The process was secure and flawless with comfortable steps in security. I will recommend this establishment with my highest regard.

After several months of searching the inter-net for a late model Rolex Submariner two tone, I selected Sant Blanc. Several factors were the difference, their 3 year warranty, location, and finally price.
I spoke to Jon Todd and he was very helpful in answering my questions which sealed the deal. I received my watch and it was exactly as described but I took my watch to Rolex in Dallas. I received the call from Rolex to pick up my 100% Rolex.

I Bought a Rolex recently from Sant Blanc. It was a fantastic experience. Jon answered all my questions, very professional, clearly and courteously. After the deal was close, the watch was the next day at my door by UPS at 10 am. The watch was in pristine condition. Very good packaging, all incredible. I would recommend Jon from Sant Blanc highly.
