Seamless from start to finish! I have never enjoyed dealing with car sales people so wasn’t looking forward to this. I arrived expecting the same awful process you have to endure at the well known used car showrooms and be swamped by sales people pretending to be the nicest person you ever met who’s suddenly your best mate! However from the minute I walked through the door at Sandal I was proved wrong! The receptionist was so polite and helpful and said Jane would take care of us. And she did. This place is so professional and customer focused with none of the aforementioned smarmy sales nonsense.
Jane was so easy to deal with and a genuinely nice person. I told her my budget, what I was expecting for my part ex, the model and spec I wanted. Once we’d agreed on a car Gary took me through the finance which again was so professional with not a hint of sales pressure to buy something i didn’t want or need. So refreshing.
I honestly didn’t expect to walk away with a stunning car on a great deal having actually enjoyed the experience! I couldn’t be happier. (Other than when my son was born of course!) I’ve already recommended them to a close friend who’s on his way!

I recently purchased a car from this dealership. All I can say is how lovely and kind the members of staff that are there. They are so welcoming and polite. However when it came to purchasing the car I wanted to mention a certain member of staff which dealt with me personally which was Mia Kelly who is so brilliant at her job. Straight away meeting her so happy and jolly. She met all the needs I wanted in getting the car I wanted always making sure I got everything and even providing extra information about the cars I did not know about.

One thing that stood out to me was after the purchase of the car is the presentation of the car so beautifully covered up for a reveal with a bow which was a nice touch. Also Mia her self provided a bouquet of flowers at the end which I was unaware of recieving them. It is the little touches that made me feel happy knowing I made a good decision on picking my car. Moreover even after the purchase mia has emailed checking everything is ok with my purchase and I am satisfied which I found so nice.

I took my BMW 330E to Sandal for a recall on the starter motor. Despite traveling 22 miles, I was told last-minute that no loan vehicle was available. After the recall, a drivetrain fault appeared within a month, which led to 13 errors linked to the starter motor. Sandal made me wait hours, charged £280 for diagnostics, and took no responsibility, claiming their "hands were tied."

Since then, the fault has escalated, causing the vehicle to overheat and burst a coolant pipe. It’s now undriveable, leaving me without transport and significant out-of-pocket expenses. Sandal has wasted my time, added stress, and refused to resolve the issue properly. Avoid this dealership – their customer service is abysmal, and they won’t take accountability for their mistakes.

Great service, seamless experience. Managed to complete a lot of pre paperwork before visit which helped me massively with general life and transporting the children to various sporting activities that evening.

Staff were very friendly and took their time going through paperwork, app, car information. It was not a rushed process which was very nice , it felt very relaxed. I would recommend the dealership without any hesitation. My new car is fabulous and I am delighted with it.

A big thank you to Gary for helping me out with problems with my X1, the first time on his day off and the second last night on his way home from work.I really appreciate him going above and beyond his working day. What made the experience,was jak Hussain ,couldn’t asked for a absolute knowledgable and professional person and great personality ,a credit to sandal bmw,the service from start to finish was perfection
And then it all went downhill,technically been called a liar by sandal bmw,even though pictures & video showed different,I’ve always used Wakefield branch and never had a problem,but Huddersfield branch,will never deal with again,not even had a phone from higher management to apologise

Our experience with sandal Huddersfield has been 10/10 from test driving the car to picking up today. Jane and Gary have been amazing. So informative friendly and very knowledgeable. Also had a good laugh with them both which makes the process easier.

We had been looking for a Certain car for a couple of weeks but my wife wanted one with all the extras, so when one came up in sandal huddersfield with only 62 miles on it even though it was a year old i thought it must be worth a phone call even though we live down south. Upon phoning sandal, James Hammond took our call and took about answering all of my questions and sending a long video giving a thorough walk round of the car. (which had no miles as it had been sat in a showroom as a demo car)
Over the next couple of days whilst we arranged to head up to the midlands after securing the car, they helpfully answered any questions we had, as this was the first time we had done a long distance purchase there were a few!
Upon arrival, James spent the best part of half a day going through all the features of the car and making the handover process feel very special. He was friendly, accommodating and a credit to the company! Also a mention to Gary Millaird the retail manager who would answer any questions if James wasn’t available, again he was very friendly and accommodating. I would certainly make the journey again to purchase another car from them.
