Failed to answer telephone calls (3 times), each time left on hold for a long term and then cut off. Failed to respond to messages left

Do not use this company. We waited months for a shower cubical and the company changed the expected date 4/5 times we were very patient and didn’t complain. When it arrived we realised we ordered the wrong size and needed to swap, paid the delivery charge for it to be swapped to the be told we needed to pay 15% due to the packaging, even though we spent thousands with this company. A swap in item cost us hundreds. Advertises as a classy company but poorly run with poor customer service. Each time delivery drivers arrived we were required to help them as they were clearly lifting over the legal limit. (The drivers were lovely!) again clearly cutting costs and run cheaply but happy to advertise as a established brand.

Good products and price, dreadful communication about the delivery, as well as little notice and inept handling of the actual delivery on the day.

Great service, good product, great communication

I bought £2.5k worth of items from Sanctuary Bathrooms. They were cheaper than their online competitors, so I thought I’d give them a go.

Dispatch communication could be better. There was a delay due to one item holding things up, but I contacted them after a week via WhatsApp and they replied the same day with their apologies. The items arrived in good time after that.

I bought 'blind' and didn't realise the radiator I ordered had a different finish to what I was expecting. I was able to return it and received a refund without any problems.

If I ever have my second bathroom refitted, I won’t hesitate to use them again.

Punctual delivery of well packaged GSI toilet in excellent condition.

After I have paid the purchase, then email me the purchase was of the stock. I have asked to do refund, no one have replied me.

Delivered on time with no problems!!

Excellent service and product

Good information on product, clear communication about availability, great delivery with driver going out of his way to provide service.

Everything about their 3D bathroom design service was wrong. I had to nudge them a week after the order confirmation to actually make contact with us, then they didn’t give us the initial design call that the service promises, so we resorted to giving them instructions by email. The results were terrible and the whole service was terrible. Waste of money.

Goods as expected, however delivery was slower than expected, hence 4 stars.

I ve ordered pretty much everything for my new bathroom from Sanctuary bathroom and it all went very well and as expected. Very happy with the customer service too - special thanks to Nick for his kind assistance all along!

Prompt delivery well packaged

Still waiting for delivery of sink waste and other small bits our plumber needs. 2 weeks now and no sign of items ordered. We ordered other items from other suppliers and got items within days or next day. Don't use this service if you want to receive items in time.
