My item hasn’t arrived, customer service not answering, refused refund
My item hasn’t arrived. I have contacted customer services numerous times. Yesterday, I asked for a refund and was told the item had been delivered to a pick up point. But UPS said it was still in their warehouse. Informed them that I didn’t want to go to a pick up point with my autistic kid on a wild goose chase.
And so today we went and guess what, there was no bag delivered and we are travelling within 48 hours. Tried to ring repeatedly and kept getting cut off!! After hours now so am going to have go buy a bag and goodness knows what will happen the other bag but it won’t be my problem cos I have spent 3 days chasing it to no avail and no solution from Samsonite like maybe couriering a replacement to me. For example.
Edited to add that I received an email to say that the bag hasn’t been delivered and they have requested the return of the bag from UPS for a refund. But no actual mention of a refund to me. So after 2 weeks, Samsonite still have my money, know that they haven’t delivered the bag and still haven’t issued a refund. So I still have no bag and my money is gone for 2 weeks.
Latest update: the bag arrived. At last. So stressful. I wouldn’t order from Samonite in Europe or Ireland again. It was a dreadful experience. Quality goods, rubbish customer service.
