I had a very disappointing experience…
I had a very disappointing experience with SamSupplement. My order was cancelled for no valid reason after they requested additional identity verification, even though I had already paid with a valid credit card.
If you suspect fraud, then why accept credit card payments in the first place? Credit card transactions already include multiple layers of security and fraud protection. I've shopped online with many retailers over the years and have never been asked for extra verification like this, let alone had my order cancelled because of it.
The whole process was frustrating, inconvenient, and made me feel like a legitimate customer was being treated as a potential fraudster. If your fraud prevention policies are this strict, they should be made clear before customers place an order—not after payment.
Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend SamSupplement. There are plenty of other online retailers that process orders professionally without putting genuine customers through unnecessary verification or cancelling orders without a satisfactory explanation.
