We recently moved into a house with Salus controls. We needed to sync up our remote and then set up the programme settings but despite following the instructions had no luck. I contacted Salus service and was helped by Joseph. He gave me detailed, easy to follow instructions and we were then able to get everything up and running. Great service - thank you!
Thank you to the Salus Support Team, with special mention of Joseph, for the absolutely first class support provided, regarding an issue recently experienced with my Salus thermostat gateway.
The diagnosis and solution, which included delivery of a component, was achieved remarkably quickly, far surpassing my expectation when logging the call.
It is not possible to find any negatives, only praise for a five star service.

Just moved into a new property with Salus controls in place. Emailed support for setting up the wireless controller with the app and responses were prompt and solved the issue within minutes. Perfect.
I reached out to support after struggling with updating my Solus 500 system. I had read the online guidance, but I wasn't getting anywhere with the upgrade, so contact supported. The support was great, they gave me some clear guidance and resolved the issue within a few minutes.
Had a problem with WiFi pairing after replacing batteries.
Advice via virtual technician was excellent.
Once I was actually conversing by email. Rather than an automated system Joseph manage to rectify the problem very quickly.

Our thermostat/controller for the heating stopped working on 23rd DEc and even though I was unsure whether anyone would be available I emailed the Tech Team. I had tried evrything I could think of including changing batteries etc. The Team responded almost immediately (probably by auto reply/AI word pickup) and sent links to useful pages to help. I read these and very easily discovered the problem and fixed it. (Batteries need to be left out for about 12 hours when completely drained). Even though the system was automated Salus Techs had put in place a system which proved very useful and I had controlled heat over Christmas!!! Very well done for using technology in a very positive way. Oh and a note- I think I will now change the batteries annually at least to try and avoid this!! Thank you.
I contacted Technical Support as I had inherited a Baxi boiler and Salus thermostat controller and didn’t know how to synchronise them. I got a prompt response followed by a step by step instruction with pictures from Joseph C which worked perfectly. Very pleased and grateful for the help!
I was having problems with my Salus thermostat so contacted Salus. Joseph answered my email and for 2 days he kept emailing me with possible problems. He was knowledgeable, patient and very polite. Being in my 82nd year it couldn’t have been easy for him. But he persevered until my Salus was up and running. I can’t thank him enough as the weather very cold and I wasn’t ripped off by any cowboy plumbers.

My boiler broke down & got fix. Unfortunately my Salus IT500 thermostat stopped working as it used to be. Contacted company who installed the boiler & got told that my thermostat warranty runs out but recommended to contact Salus tech support. I was so glad that I did. After obtaining a ticket , immediately got a response from Tech Joseph & gave me a step by step guide. Problem solved & thermostat now perfectly working. Thanks Salus tech Joseph

Second review after slight problem with the replacement item I received. New unit sent without any quibbles. Once again unbelievable service.
Excellent support from Joseph today on technical problems with my SALUS iT500Plus thermostat and syncing data with my Apple devices. The solution was quick and simple. I had done numerous self checks and web queries to try and resolve the issues myself, but without success. It demonstrates to me, the benefit of direct contact with technical support, in problem solving. Thank you Joseph for resolving this so quickly.
Fitted a RT520RF control unit in May last year. Easy to fit and worked well out of the box. Unfortunately the receiver unit failed just before Christmas. Salus tech support were brilliant and sent me a new control pack as soon as the holidays were over. No shilly-shallying. Job done. Very refreshing.

They replaced it rather quickly.
Responded to query quickly, helped diagnose problem and dispatched part very quickly after the Xmas break had finished.
