Rolanda found our family an amzaing dog who we all love she was the missing piece that now completes us . Rolanda is such a kind person and has a such a big heart and what she does for the dogs is truly amazing.

I came to Sallipets looking for help re homing my beautiful dog. They were amazingly friendly, helpful and most importantly understanding of my situation. I advised I would only rehome to a family that I was happy with. Rolanda was very kind and took her time finding me an amazing family who rehomed my dog. She put us in touch with eachother and was with us the whole process. We arranged to meet and spent time introducing the dogs together and visiting the village and new home before making a decision. The new owners keep me updated and we are friends. They also advised they used Sallipets to home the dog they currently have and spoke very highly of Rolanda. I could not recommend Sallipets higher and their amazing service

Salipets is a great rescue centre for dogs as as they are part of the household, roaming freely in the garden, have thier own room and the owner aptly chooses a dog suitable for your and thier needs . I spent a considerable time looking for a rescue dog for my mum , one that had a very caring and loyal nature but other rescue places turned away as my mum was elderly . Salipets owner did not though and one day phoned to say she had such a dog. He is called Monty. He came innoculated, chipped, dewormed and defleed and is now happily with my mum who too is now also very happy with Monty. I would highly recommend Salipets if you are struggling with other rescue centres and are looking for a rescue centre who understands needs of both potential owners and the type of dog that would fit . She did not charge , her priority was to find a suitable home for both parties. The owner also undertook a home visit post rehome to ensure all was good for both , even offering to rehome again free of charge if either were not happy. This service was exemplary and I highly recommend this centre .

I’ve personally visited Sally’s Pets Rescue and seen first-hand how well the dogs are cared for. Yolanda’s dedication and genuine love for the animals are evident. The dogs are well fed, treats and food are always available, and their veterinary needs are attended to promptly.

We adopted our dog from there, and what impressed me most was that Yolanda’s care didn’t stop at adoption. She continued checking on his wellbeing, even visiting us to make sure he was settling in happily and that we had no concerns.

It’s reassuring to see someone so genuinely committed to the animals, both before and after they find their forever homes. I would happily recommend Sally’s Pets Rescue to anyone looking to adopt a dog. ❤️🐾

Rolander was extremely polite kind and helpful when helping me find the perfect new family member to fit my household, don’t believe everything you hear online Salipets is NOT a rouge rescue I’ve never had any issues, and want to say a massive thankyou to Salipets !

From beginning to now, this has been an amazing experience. Rolanda has personally welcomed myself into her home as family not just as an adopter. She has taken every step to ensure myself and my other dog and the adoptee dog comfortable and welcomed. Rolanda is a wonderful kind human soul who loves a good chit chat which is a breath of fresh air compared to other dog adoption companies who only care about profit! I wish I could rate this higher than 5/5.

Doesn't even deserve one star. The owner has several active court or police cases against regarding cruelty to a protected animal. She is also under investigation for stalking and harassment. The animals are kept in deplorable conditions, the house is not fit for a dog, it is however fit for the owner who is equally deplorable. Do your own research and make your own mind up

Shame i cant give zero stars and a shame there are so many bought and faked reviews, doesn't take a second to do your due diligence and some research, the owner of Sallipets is currently in court for causing unnecessary suffering to dogs... I am an ex volunteer and have first hand evidence

Honestly from the bottom of my heart she is the most genuine caring woman with such a great character and big heart!

You can tell she has such a great passion for animals it’s such a shame what she has to go through day in and out with people who troll her.

Me and by partner have been here numerous times and have seen dogs come in terrible condition and seen them progress in health and grow their character back.

For anyone looking to rehome or adopt a dog from Salipets please do not listen to anyone who says otherwise.

Excellent! The dogs live in a normal home. They are well socialised and we felt very welcome.

Nothing but a good experience from start to finish. Even if they dont have a perfect match there and then they will search for you.

You will note that as soon as there is a detailed negative review of this place where someone recounts their experience there follows a raft of 5 star reviews all saying the same thing. It’s almost like they are written by the same person under multiple accounts.

All I suggest is that you read all the reviews, especially the one star ones and come to you own conclusions.

The owner is down to earth and very knowledgeable when it comes to dogs. Me and my family have adopted multiple dogs and it has been a wonderful experience. People need to realise that dogs are no toys and that (any) rescues require long time of working with them before things settle. For ourselves its still an ongoing process many years later. If a person wanting to adopt can accept and commit to that, then they will have a companion for life.

I would just like to make clear my reviews are not made up I am more than happy to share pictures with trolls and hateful people which they are that my dog I had no choice but to rehome was more than cared for loved looked after anything can be put on line sadly with the help of AI my pics are real time pictures and videos stop making this rescues name bad they have been nothing short of amazing

Please do your own research before handing your dog over to this rescue. She will call anyone a troll for speaking up about their upsetting experiences or she will find research on you to make your life miserable. That is not the actions of a respectable person. So many dogs have "gone missing" or died in her care. Look online and you will see for yourself. Facts are facts.

We adopted our dog Basil from this rescue centre last September. I went down to Sallipets and met the lady Rolanda, she was lovely, we had coffee and met Basil, she refused to take any money from us and even offered to give us some dog food to tide us over.
Basil had a check up at our vets and was found to be very healthy. He is devoted to my grandchildren , has been on family holidays and is a much loved family pet. We wouldn't be without him. Thank you Sallipets for our beautiful Basil.
